Absolutely a treat and such an amazing experience ❤ I know the brand already from before but being in their (coffee)shop was another level of joy. We had free samples, so fresh, delicious. The cornettino with pistachio cream was from heaven, also the one with tomato and mozzarella was quite fresh and interesting. Got panettone with us home and was super fresh and delicious 🌟 a huge plus that we can buy all the delicious stuff without packaging because then less garbage if it’s not for a present. In general, every person who enjoys a good panettone or colomba has to visit this place at least once 😍😍😍🌟🌟👏

This place is amazing! Everybody is very friendly! Super plus! They give you samples of the panetone and a little bit of history on them. Our visit to this place was memorable. I came in the Christmas season and was able to contemplate a nativity scene in a panetone... just gorgeous! I bought 2 panetones and 1 crema di manna!

Very nice cafe. Service and food was outstanding. We even did not pay for the panettone! So it was an even better stay. If you dont want to stay in the sun outside, go inside, there is enough space, it is just not obvious from the outside. Please take brioche with ice crème!!!!

The gelato in brioche was phenomenal, and they have a cake/panettone sampling station with various creams that will blow your mind. Make sure you try the mandorla cream 👌🏼👌🏼.

If I could give more than 5stars I would.

You can't visit Castelbuono without tasting Fiasconaro's panettone or colomba. There is always a tasting stall in the piazza for everyone to try, and you must. The Brighelle alla ricotta are a simple delicacy you must try. Be warned though, they are addictive!!!

Excellent pastries and sandwishes! Staff was also super friendly and helpful. We even got a free piece of cake when we left. Highly recommend.

Love this patisserie, everything they do taste delicious. Their speciality is panettone and they produce it all year round. It comes in a huge array of flavours and you can try them all from their little kiosk outside the entrance. My favourites are the pistachio and the betty ones. I found their panettones also here in London in some Italian shops and from online stores but I wish they had their own online store to purchase from them directly, it would be much easier.

We had some of their Panettone Al Pistacchio about 15 years ago and still tell friends about it! This is worlds apart from the panettone we get in the UK or Australia. It has to be tried to be truly appreciated. Words are not enough.

Home of the Pope Panettone! You can go wrong, if you are in Castel Buono you have to try this place! Large choice of Panettone, the best ones are the one not in the tin case. They are light and generous, this is typical Italian / Sicilian pastry. We were staying a Cefalù, we went back to Castel Buono twice for Panettone, this is how good it is.

Firstly the panettone is the best I have ever eaten. Secondly their Gelato flavours are fantastic. I would recommend trying two flavours in a chocolate chip brioche. Hmmm.

Castelbuono is a gem in the Parco delle Madonie and Fiasconaro is a facet. It's well worth the day trip. The panettone with crema alla manna is unique and unforgettable.

One of the best ice cream we have eaten in Sicily! I can totally recommend the cassatina as well. To get that one or other sweets, you have to cross the (small) street and go to their other shop. You can eat everything on the tables at the Piazza.
