I'm not the expert but so far in Italy, this is the best gelato I had. The pistachio was creamy, not too sweet, nutty and light but flavorful. Many people complained of the portion size, for me it's perfect as usually I ate only half an Italian portion. This is not expensive and is the right price to the portion size. Loved it and recommend to everyone who visit Lake Como

One of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. The prices aren’t super dirt cheap, but this is one of the rare cases where an artisanal ice cream shop is miles better than a normal ice cream place.
They have a large variety of brilliant flavours at a non-touristy price and they do great popsicles/ice lollies too.

Utterly delicious and divine. Every flavour of ice cream was finger lickin’ good. Hazelnut, tangerine, mint, chocolate…the list goes on. Alongside the view, one of life’s guilty pleasures. Probably best it isn’t close to my house, otherwise my waistline would suffer!

I read through so many bad reviews for this place so I gotta be honest I was hesitant about going here but the place looked really cute so let's try it out. First of all let's talk about the price. People complaining about paying 3€(medium size) for real gelato is insane to me. Back home in the US for a small cup of homemade ice is normally well over $6 so I consider this cheap. The portion size is also as expected for real gelato. The woman at the front counter I can probably agree isn't the nicest person she had the attitude like that she wants to get people moving cause the line is normally long so if you do not know what you want please step to the side. The gelato was fantastic and we ended up going back twice. Remember people this is real gelato not ice cream. They are two separate things! So don't listen to the bad reviews this place is delicious, just know what you want when you get to the front of the line.

In addition they have this super cute piaggio gelato truck that parks at the villa nearby.

It is, in me and my families humble opinion, the best ice cream in all of Italy. The homemade ice cream is made with quality ingredients and tastes amazing.

There are many different flavours, and it differs from day to day, sometimes day to night.

We have been to lake Como three times now, and the last two times we went back to Lenno, just for this ice cream.

Amazing view of the lake to sit and enjoy a delicious gelato! We went on the way back to the ferry after visiting the island. Highly recommend a split scoop and trying a few flavors!

I had my best gelato in all of Italy at this humble shop at Lenno! We happened to chance upon this place while walking, and boy was I surprised! I’m glad to have come and try this gelato and recommend this to others!

By no means am I an expert on gelato, but it was great. It was highly recommended by a couple I had met on the bus while discussing the Greenway hike (which this is on). I had the fig cream and black cherry, both were on point.

The smoothest, creamiest gelato! The hazelnut and stracciatella was sublime. One of the top gelatos I’ve had ever.

Went here a few times during our stay in Lenno, as they had soo many flavours to try, and all tasted amazing! They had gelato, normal ice creams, and some ice lollies in a rotating fridge. The service was quick, friendly and easy, and the shop has the most stunning views!

The best gelato in the area by far. I must have tried all their flavors, and only didn’t care for two (honey and fig). I especially loved the fruit flavors with raspberry and blood orange being absolutely top tier. The cones could be tastier, not a huge fan, get a cup instead.

The best gelato I experienced in Italy. 10/10 recommend and wish I could have this every day for the rest of my life! Highly recommend the Lemon Basil with white cream = PERFECTION! The staff moved efficiently throughout the long lines during the day - worth the wait!!

Delicious gelato against the phenomenal views. Highly recommend the apple & cinnamon, white cream and fig and black cherry gelato.

Delicious gelato and so fresh. Many flavours. I loved the dark chocolate and hazelnut. Perfect way to finish a visit to the famous Villa del Balbianello.
