Had such a lovely time with Anna, making the BEST authentic Italian food, out of her beautiful private home. We came all the way from Texas, great communication through entire process. Cannot recommend Anna and her lovely food class enough!

So much fun and a lot of work to make pasta. Can’t wait to share at home. Anna is fabulous. Everyone should do this at least once. With Anna if you want an outstanding experience.

Fantastic experience cooking with Anna, creating our meal with new friends. Anna is a great teacher. Thoroughly recommend even though I am coeliac and need to be gluten free (I made the pasta with everyone and then cooked some gluten free pasta for me to eat). We shared the experience and then an aperitivo before having our meal on Anna’s amazing terrace with views across the countryside. Anna delighted us with homemade tiramisu (strawberries and cream for me) and limoncello to finish.

We had a lovely morning at Anna’s learning how to make different types of pasta. Anna was very attentive and she had many tips and tools to get the pasta just right. Then we plated it and sat outside on the verandah with the beautiful Umbria view and various opera arias playing in the background. The pasta was bellissimo - I couldn’t believe we had made it, it tasted so good! We are from Australia and this was a perfect way to spend the morning in our favourite part of Italy.

Class was a delight! We made fresh pasta, spaghetti and ravioli each with its own sauce. Washed it down with a delicious aperol spritz and homemade limoncello! Finally for dessert we had homemade tiramisu😋

Had the most incredible experience cooking with Anna in her home. The class had a very traditional vibe and involved authentic Italian cooking - spaghetti, ravioli and also a serving of Aperol, tiramisu, red wine and limoncello. Anna provided very clear instructions for making the pasta and was warm and welcoming of us into her beautiful rooftop home with panoramic views of the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend this experience for a group of friends visiting Umbria!

The hostess Anna was so lovely and welcomed into her home. It was so much fun and and informative to make our own pasta - we made fettuccine and ravioli. Eating it was probably the most delicious meal of our trip (with her home made sauces). And a surprise dessert! Overall such a genuine and nice experience, can really recommend.

Beautiful experience with Anna cooking simple and delicious Italian dishes in her gorgeous home. Anna’s hospitality is wonderful and she truly goes above and beyond to take care of her guests, including our 4 year old daughter. Anna is clearly very passionate about cooking and we thoroughly enjoyed this authentic experience cooking with Anna in stunning Citta Del Pieve. We prepared and made fettuccine and ravioli, enjoyed outside on the deck with wine, bread and homemade dessert.

We will be back next time to learn Pizza. Thank you for taking such good care of us and giving us such a fantastic experience.

Absolutely LOVED everything about this experience. Anna was very lovely and welcomed us into her beautiful home. She taught us how to make two pastas: Spaghetti and ravioli. Under her guidance, I was amazed that even I, an unskilled cook, was able to help create a delicious meal. I’d like to thank Anna for sharing her experience and passion for cooking with me and my family. Her class was one of the highlights of my trip to Italy and has given me a newfound respect and love for pasta making!!

We had a wonderful experience. We made fresh spaghetti and ravioli. It was followed by dinner on the terrace with beautiful picturesque views of the surrounding areas. I would strongly recommend this class and experience. We learned a TON of information. Very informative and fun.

Was a birthday surprise for me and absolutely loved it! Great cooking techniques and Anna was fantastic. So traditional, full of character and made us laugh all the way through. After cooking each course the food went down very well on her terrace with a beautiful view and some vino! La Dolce Vita!

Wow!!! Incredible is an understatement! Anna’s class was so authentic and warm and her knowledge of cooking and connection to food is so special. Would come here again and again. The views from her garden are breathtaking! A must if you’re in Umbria!

Anna’s class was a great example of traditional Italian pasta preparation. The atmosphere of the home kitchen really adds to the experience. We will definitely return to take the other classes ❤
