Fonteverde

I stayed 2 nights in this amazing resort & spa hotel Fonteverde in my way to Florence, honestly it is the best experience i had in my trip to Italy, i had a room with very great view over the green hills which really made my stay very lovely, i loved the area, the hospitality and services, they have very delicious breakfast included in the room rate.
They have very great thermal facilities and outdoor pool with worm temperature.

I highly recommend them and will definitely come back.

I spent four days for the Valentine weekend last week. I have been at the resort many times and it is always one of the best experience you can treat yourself with.
Room, service, restaurant, concierge , everything was perfect.
Everyone was very polite and professional. A special mention to the restaurant, chef and waiters (Georgia and Natacha) super professional. Another special mention to the spa, not only the concierge but to the professional who performed the best massages, Agostino, Davide and Paolo. Definitely, I will be back! Again

This a spectacular gem of a hotel- the perfect place to recharge and pamper yourself. The service is truly outstanding as well as the amenities. We can't wait to be back!

If I may offer some small suggestions, however: some of the less classically Tuscan dishes in the restaurant could be improved upon and it would be nice to not have to drink cocktails out of paper cups at the pool, particularly when an Aperol Spritz sets you back over 20 EUR and a Coke 8 EUR.

Fonteverde is a lovely place. While the location is great, what made it for us was Antonio, Gianni & Lilli . Antonio greeted us and was so sweet to our almost two year old son. Smiling face and wonderful experience… Lilli cleaned our room and was so sweet to our son— kind , welcoming and made everything sparkling .
I have to say that Gianni, day after day , ( we stayed 5 nights) was a next level of service. The day he had off , we noticed. He would greet us and our son every morning / afternoon / or dinner when he was working . My son LOVED Gianni— and Gianni has an affinity for children! ♥ it Made our stay so enjoyable, and quite frankly made our stay.

Fonteverde was the perfect end to an exhausting 10 day whirlwind trip through Italy and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and recharged ready to take on life again. The service and hospitality was impeccable, from the front of house staff Francesca and Desiree to the housekeeping provided and of course, the hospitality staff that waited on us at dinner service and breakfast. This is of course, set against the backdrop of luxurious warm waters in the Tuscan countryside which must be the closest thing to heaven on this side of the mortal plane.

A perfect stay and one which will feature heavily on future trips to Italy. My only regret is not booking a longer stay and being able to try the spa but this only means that I'll have to come back again!

Gorgeous spa resort with natural hot springs overlooking the hills of Tuscany. Many pools of all shapes and sizes with hot mineral water and amazing views. Spa with vast rooms included in your stay. Free breakfast. Nice restaurant on site. Amazing service, your every wish is catered too. Not crowded at all. Pet friendly but not overrun by animals, they are not allowed into pools. You swim in a hot mineral water, multiple whirlpools, fountains. Free herbal teas, fruit infused water, mineral water throughout the area by the pools. They give you free robes and slippers to walk around the resort. Walking distance from beautiful middieval town. Free valet parking on side of the resort. Very helpful,friendly staff. Personal fitness instructor on site with range of outdoor exercises available. Decent gym onsite. Free stores with nice merchandise on site. I really loved it and want to come back!

Very nice spa, great treatments, thermal water is super! we enjoyed as guests and then came back as day guest. Ask the reception for special packages and deals if you take the standard day package you are only allowed in 1 pool, but you can make a special offer which allows you in the whole complex three floors 8 pools and hydro massage. Ask the reception of the spa for more info…

Also great lunch buffet with fix price with wines bubbles etc included (35 per person)

Also it’s very dog friendly they even have a dedicated thermal pool for dogs, so bring the dog!

Amazing staff, most of the people working here have been with this hotel for years

Jusy one thing is I can't accept that when order spritz around the pool, they use plastic wine glass for safety reasons. I understand that but it's pity. It's five stars and leading hotels of the world! Come on..🙏

Amazing experience! Enjoy warm water

My wife and I just got married and went for our mini honeymoon. (4 nights) We have been upgraded from Junior Suite to one bedroom Suite! What an amazing start, especially when a bottle of Prosecco and amuse bouche is sent to your room as a welcome gift!!
The room has an amazing view and gave us the feeling of being home and very clean!
The large variety of pools and services in the thermal spa is very impressive and still has a very good service and friendly but professional staff!
Bar wise, excellent quality and variety of cocktails and hard liquor.
Food wise, high quality food! I had an amazing T-Bone steak rare and OMG 1kg wasn't enough! ;)
The surrounding, we went in few restaurants around and worth to try!
In conclusion, these few days were magical and very relaxing.

Exquisite location for Spa with nicely structured bassins and stunning views. They also have a small bassin for fur friends but the water is thermal hot and my BlackLab refused to go. The intention is appreciable but they should consider a cold water bassin for dogs, especially in summer.
The internal boutique offers a qualitative choice of wines but most of all, we had an amazing dinner in their terrace restaurant. The quality of dishes is truly exceptional, probably the best we had in Tuscany.

I passed a great 4 days at Fonteverde ,cause all was perfect !! The hotel has a magic panorama ,the termes are 100% well maintened ,the room perfectly clean and elegant,the breakfast healthy and tasty,the team lovely and helpful ,and the General manager always present to secure the well being of the costumer with high professionalism !! All this gives a marvelous stay !!!

We visited the spa for the day, took the hydro massage deal, 59 eur on the weekend. Great pools, multiple massage seats, great facilities. Highly recommended.

Fabulous resort with unique view, relaxing outdoor baths and very nice rooms. Bed was particularly comfortable.
The food was also a highlight with great choices on the menu and varied breakfast buffet. Professional staff. Impeccable.

One of the best experience a tourist can enjoy in Italy, and not only. located in one of the most beautiful regions in this wonderful country, Fonteverde offers an incredible landscape view of the green valley to the front, and it's breathtaking. the hotel facility is classy and charming, rooms and suites are really elegant and all the services are top notch. several pools with hot termal water, jym, massages and treats, sport activities... you name it, they have. food and wine are incredible, the service is very accurate and professional and staff speaks several languages. even though the prices are not for everyone (top quality has a price) this is one of the places i recommend the most, around the entire world.

Great spa resort in San Casciano di Bagni.
Thermal pools, one restaurant and one bar.
Room was decent size and we had a lovely terrace overlooking the landscape.

Very nice and luxurious place. The view on the valley is awesome. Restaurant is good value for money. The only problem was that the gym was still closed at 8 am.

Understandably, back in the days kings and Queens would travel for days, even weeks to get to somewhere nice with water and recreational activities. I'm pretty thankful now it's for everyone. Nice place

Loved their spa and accommodations! We were so obsessed we gifted it to our friends as their wedding present! Must go!
