I could spend hours in this shop! From the USA and my second time visiting. Mario was super helpful and patient. My daughters and I were all drawn to the same artist, and ended up getting pieces from the same artist/collection! Absolutely beautiful! They are shipping it to me and can’t wait to get it and open it up and see it again! You must stop by if you are on the coast… even for just an espresso! It is like an art museum, what a great memento to bring home for you or for a gift!

We bought a beautiful table and some other ceramic items at Piccadilly in the summer of 2021. We had them shipped to the US. Everything arrived successfully. It’s 2022 now. The table is outdoors and it’s withstanding the Chicago winter just fine. I highly recommend this ceramics shop. The staff was welcoming. The owners are always on site. We stopped here 3 times within a week. We were welcomed like we were coming home. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Piccadilly Ceramics should be a mandatory stop every time that you visit the Amalfi coast. Their selection is amazing and the quality and variety of their products from many different artists is the best that we have found. All of the gift shops in the towns along the way have the same old mass produced items with maybe one or two unique collections while Piccadilly has a vast selection of products and collections where they know the artist that made them. Each time we have visited, we have bought multiple places settings, pitchers, pasta bowls, etc, and they stack them on the counter while you fill out the shipping paperwork. A few weeks later, your box will arrive with their guarantee that nothing is broken or they will replace it for free. We have had no issues at all as each piece is individually wrapped, boxed, then bubble wrapped, then placed in the foam lined shipping box with styrofoam peanuts between each item. Great customer service and very friendly people. Be certain to ask for a private tour of their collections on the 2nd floor. If you think their showroom is great, wait until you get upstairs! Their pricing is fair and selection is large. If you want ceramic items this is a good stop. BTW no photos allowed in store. Very strict. Kinda snooty about it, but they have a right to their privacy.

Mario at Piccadilly organised for a large box of Piccadilly ceramic artworks to be shipped to us in Australia, and we cannot speak more highly of him and everything he did to make sure the consignment arrived safely. Mario kept in contact with us to inform us of the progress of the shipment, and nothing was too much trouble for him. A big Thankyou to you Mario! All the items were securely packaged so there was no chance of breakage in transit, very happy with how the product arrived. Ordered a lovely side table and matching ceramic bunny when I was touring the Amalfi Coast in Sept. 2022. Everything made to order. Items arrived in US in late Jan.2023. Well packed, no damage and was able to schedule the exact delivery day as it was shipped via FedEx. Very easy process throughout. Was able to email customer service ( Mario) during the making of the table to check on progress. Quick response. Great people to deal with. Beautiful artwork/products. Highly recommended!

My wife and I bought a table from Ceramiche Piccadilly when visiting a few years ago. Great experience dealing with the employees, especially Mario Criscuolo who worked with us on picking out a table. Had it now for 5 years and it still looks the same as when first got it. We keep it outdoors on our screened in porch and has seen temperatures ranging from 10 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit - no issues at all. Hopefully can make it back soon to obtain another family heirloom.

I have purchased three tables from Ceramiche Piccadilly. I couldn't be more pleased. Mario and his family worked with me to create the style and design for each. The artisans at Piccadilly then turned our design into beautiful artistic masterpieces. The tables were expertly packed and shipped with great care. I wholeheartedly recommend Piccadilly for beautifully crafted and highly functional ceramic and lava stone home furnishings and houseware.

We really loved our experience with this company both in person when we visited this October as well as our online ordering experience for the holiday season . Mario and his team were such a delight to work with . Very prompt In replies and everything was shipped perfectly .

My husband and I stopped at Piccadilly on our honeymoon this past summer. The store was so impressive! Each ceramic piece was absolutely stunning! We bought a small owl to bring back to my grandmother in the States. While we were in the store Mario showed us a large ceramic owl that was hand painted with a scene if Italy's countryside. He allowed us to take a picture of it so we could show my grandmother when we got back home. My grandmother fell in love with the picture. We contacted Mario at Piccadilly and he was incredibly helpful in assisting us purchase the unique piece and shipping it to the States. The piece safely arrived and is admired every day. We will definitely go back to Piccadilly on our next trip! If you are visiting the area, this place is a MUST stop!

In 2016 we visited your store and purchased a lovely set of dishes. In 2019 we were again on the Amalfi Coast, and stopped in to buy some additional pieces for our set. At the time we were remodeling our home in Southern California and planning a small private courtyard outside our bedroom. While at your store we happened to see a gorgeous lava table. We hadn’t planned to purchase anything like that, but it seemed perfect for our new courtyard.

I’ve attached two photos of our courtyard this spring. With the blooming roses, the olive trees and the table we think it looks like a small slice of Italy! We often enjoy an aperitivo or dinner out there, and seeing it from our bedroom is a huge pleasure. Visitors to our home absolutely love it. We wanted you to know how much we enjoy the table and the dishes. Thank you for creating such beautiful pieces!

As sometimes happens, I regretted not making a purchase when visiting Piccadilly. But, I was so happy to retrace my steps, contact Annamaria and Mario and together they got it protectively wrapped and shipped in a few days. So happy to have this memory of my trip to the Amalfi Coast! Wonderful!

So many beautiful items it was hard to pick. Our table is the talk of all our friends and is a beautiful addition to our entertainment space near the pool. We will be purchasing additional items in the near future.

I love my beautiful ceramic bowl and oil jar. I enjoyed the process of choosing the size and design that I wanted. Both were shipped and arrived carefully packaged with no damage. Excellent service!

Having purchased some extremely expensive plates from Cabana magazine I was looking for some salad plates to complement when
I stumbled across Ceramica Piccadilly on the internet where Mario who |I assume is the owner couldn't do enough to assist me; he offered any number of options and in the end we decided upon some burnt orange plates which he immediately had manufactured - I received the plate a couple of months later perfectly packaged and at a fraction of the cost I had paid for the dinner plates. I really cant recommend the service and company enough - I will return and order 5 different jewelled coloured plates to further complement the set

On a ten-minute stop at CP on a drive south on the Amalfi Coast, we were intrigued at the sight of the stunning array of tables, and purchased two. One sent to our home in Pennsylvania (US) was delayed in Germany and arrived damaged. Customer Service was efficient and generous in making every effort to insure our complete satisfaction in arranging a replacement. We could not be more pleased with our tables, each a practical work of art that is stunning in its brilliant colors, attractive for outdoor entertaining, and lasting into the next generation. And Mario treats us as if we were some of his closest friends.

We purchased from Ceramiche Piccadilly a beautiful outdoor coffee table that was hand painted with a Tuscan landscape. We cannot say enough about the quality and level of customer service Ceramiche Piccadilly has, truly exceptional. The first two attempts at shipping the table from Italy to the US unfortunately ended with both tables being damaged. Ceramiche Piccadilly Stood behind their product and dedication to customer service and after rethinking packaging and shipper, the third arrived in perfect condition.
