Bed and Breakfast MiraMare

A cozy place with unbelievable views overlooking at the sea! Our hosts Gerardo and his wife were so kind and open hearted. Delicious, homemade food..

Amazing mountain top view! The hosts are really friendly and super accomodating. The rooms are cosy, neither too hot nor too cold. I love the breakfast, especially the bruschetta and the chocolate buns! You will be greeted with their puppies too! Also, when you do ask the hosts about the bus rides and ferry schedules to the other towns of Amalfi Coast, they explained it really well! The bus stop is just a 2 minutes walk from the B&B.

Distance from Agerola to Amalfi is about 17km to 20km down, expected 40 mins drive because of the sharp curves of the narrow roads.I'm leaving a review just in case I want to come back (and I will) on my own or with my friends in the future!

No words for my experience here. I was lucky enough to be in one of the new rooms with ocean view. Gerardo is an exceptional host and I feel very lucky to have found this place

Close to bus station/easy to get to and from amalfi and Naples airport - amazing restaurants and everything you could want away from the hustle and bustle of amalfi center

Had an amazing seaside view with exceptional breakfast and a very friendly host! Recommended if you want to explore the Amalfi Coast, without the tourism-y downsides of staying on the coast itself.

A great place to stay for Amalfi Coast trip!

We were surprised by how pricey of most of all accommodations along the coast, and realized it'd be much reasonable if we stay somewhere in between of the popular towns. After detailed comparison, we found this B&B.

It was a bit tricky to get to the village by public transportation from Napoli, nevertheless, according to B&B's guidance, we got to the village eventually.

This B&B indeed nailed our stays! Open views of ocean and sky, imagine to have breakfast at the balcony with such beautiful sceneries. Traditional breakfast with always-happy mom, the mother of the family who runs the B&B business here. They make sure you are happy with the breakfast they prepared.

Our room is facing the ocean as well. Gotta say it worths the price!
Although facilities were simple, but it's sufficient for us to stay and thoughtful. Hair-dryer and shampoo/shower gels are available.

Around the corner, there is a rental place for car/scooter, a perfect transportation to have romantic trips from the mountain tops to other villages, such as Pianillo (Path of Gods), Amalfi, and Positano, etc..
There is parking lot in the B&B so not to worry about parking on the streets.

I will definitely come back here for Amalfi coast trip!

Highly recommended, especially if you like to avoid the crowded touristic buzz and still want to be near the Amalfi coast. This place is really recommended if you like to hike the awesome trails (like the path of the gods and path, ordino di pino (waterfall!) and fiordo di fuore 😍). At this b&b, you feel literally on top of the mountain with it’s great view overlooking the sea. Organic breakfast from own produce (incl selfmade pies and selfmade cheeses) and without debate, the best coffee. Wonderful warm hospitality, great beds, super clean, nice decorated rooms. We loved the lovely surroundings of the small town San Lazarro including it’s sweet residents. Busstop at walking distance, aswell great food, icecream and drinks at some nice bars/restaurants (like da Gigino) that do not break the bank and still have that authentic Italian feel of a small town. 🙌
B&B MiraMare is runned by a lovely family that make you feel welcome and at home at once. ❤

Spent really amazing days here. Staff incredibly friendly and authentic who served the best organic local food I’ve ever eaten, most of it locally produced. The view is very beautiful as well!

Francesco was easily the most accommodating host we had during out two week trip. He was quick to respond, provided easy directions on how to get to Miramare, helped us arrange our transportation when it was time to leave and even helped us rent a scooter for the day.

The room was very comfortable, even during the torrential rain/wind storm we had one night. There are a few adorable dogs that wander around the property, and they are sweet as can be.

The views from the breakfast area were exactly as pictured. Just beautiful.

We are a family with 2 kids and stayed for 3 nights. The owners were extremely guest friendly and helped us with private shuttle bus booking to Amalfi. The location is perfect with an amazing view over the coast. And finally, the breakfast was so delicious with homemade delicacies (prosciutto, salami, Tiramisu, various cakes, etc.). We hope to return again.

What a place to stay. Alfonso the owner and his wife run the most gourgous b&b right up on a mountain top beside the town. Perfect place to chill and relax. Try some of alfonsos home made wine and cheese. defo worth the visit.

The best B&B in Agerola. Great friendly family to take care of all your needs. They have a yard in the back with horses and sheep. Plum trees and kiwi trees. Breakfast is awesome, they make their own cheese. You can sit in the patio and overlook the coast while having breakfast or tea. Breathtaking.

wonderful location at about 600 mt above sea level that you can just see in front while sitting and enjoying a delicious breakfast. Excellent if you want to relax in a very peaceful corner of the
Amalfitana Coast but having just aside hiking routes where you might explore the beauty
of nature among the mild mountains on one side and the amalfitana gulf on the other side.
Away from any confusion and heavy trafic, you can simply restore yourself in this beautiful corner of Agerola.

Simply amazing in every aspect. What it lacks in position it more than makes up for in how beautifully built and decorated the house is. The hosts are kind and very welcoming. Miramare is definately worth a shot if you're planning to stay a couple of days in the Amalfi Coast.

Alonso his wife and son are running a tight ship, very warm and welcoming people, butifull brackfast terrace very nice and clean rooms, Italian home made breakfast style very tasty, home made marmalade, fresh backed bonds... l will visit them again.

Mira Mare is a great place to stay and visit the Amalfi Coast, without the huge price tag!
