Positano is expensive! If you are aware of that and don’t have price expectations from other areas of Italy then this place is really good in any aspects. The sunrises are unbeatable. The nights on the terrace are worth the price. The owners are really sweet and supportive.

My friends and I are all studying abroad, and we spent part of our spring break staying here. This was the best place I’ve stayed at all semester, and it was extremely luxurious and beautiful. The views are incredible from the main dining area and the rooms. Carlo was so kind to us. The rooms had many necessary amenities, which is sometimes hard to find. I 100% recommend this place.

Had an amazing stay at Pensione Maria Luisa in Positano this July 2022! The property is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop so it's easy to get around the small town of Positano. The hosts Andrea, Carlo, and Miguel were also extremely helpful and hospitable. The view from the balcony is breathtaking!

Staying in Positano is expensive and I doubt you can find a property that offers more value for money than this one. Hopefully, the hosts can offer breakfast soon!

Such a wonderful stay!!! The hosts spoke great English and were really helpful. We booked a panoramic double and our view was amazing. Comfy bed, charming room - the only thing better would be an included breakfast but that didn't bother us!!

Would definitely stay again :) close to the Fornillo beach and short walk into Positano itself, we enjoyed staying outside of the busier area.

We LOVED LOVED LOVED this hotel!!! The views of course are thrilling, our room was totally charming and the owner made us feel like family and we definitely did. An easy bus ride down into town and we were glad for the convenient distance and quiet. Also there are excellent restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed Positano and we would definitely stay at the Pensione again. It's a really lovely spot.

Had a brilliant stay here after a recommendation from a local. Absolutely lovely staff, so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The views from the balconies are breathtaking - such a beautiful place to spend the evening. Rooms are nice if you're not looking for anything too flash, very good value for Positano. Nice and close to Fornillo Beach - as long as you don't mind the stairs. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful stay! My boyfriend and I stayed here and were very pleased with the service!! The hosts were so accommodating and assisted us with any needs. Even allowed us to stay an extra night for a discounted price after missing our bus. Thank you!! Until next time!!

We stayed there for a few days and it was truly unforgettable! The breathtaking view from our room's balcony and incredible staff who are really friendly and accommodating made our stay memorable! I hope that I will stay again at this place and strongly recommend it!

I feel lucky to have found this place for my trip to Positano. Room was big and cleaned every day, staff was nice and kind, and it’s so close to the main road, while being tucked away from the center and the crowds. An amazing value. I’ll be back next time I’m in the AC!

We appreciated the nice staff and the cleanliness of the room… and of course our terrace with a stunning view.

Truly the BEST cheaper accommodations you will find in Positano. Splurge for the private balcony. It's an extra 10 euro but so worth it. This place was incredible and had the best view of the beach.
