Coffee and croissants what else need I say? Delicious Pistachio croissant. Good espresso. View the chef as your food is being prepared. Breakfast or dinner. Great variety of unique platters. Did not expect a twist for dinner.... Vietnamese. Great selection of Alcohol free drinks.

You must get the pistachio croissant! The meat plate was tasty, especially the duck! They're take on bahn mi was excellently executed.
Eat outside with a gorgeous view of the Matterhorn.

This place is amazing. We ate here two times in three days. The service was great and we tried both menus. They were both great. There was a nice view, comfortable seating, and a roof when rained with heaters. Overall this place is awesome.

Had an amazing breakfast here! The pistachio croissant and leek and potato dish were outstanding. The staff was very kind. I plan on returning to get another croissant for the train ride when we leave town later today

Best meal of my entire life. My mom says to slice their beef thinner since it was a little tough in her spicy pho (we came when the place transformed into a Pho restaurant in the evening). But I absolutely loved my meal so much. I got earl grey tea, and the crispy tofu. Actually insane how good it was. So good. Like so good.

Service was good! They were very busy at the time I was served, so I don't blame them for not blowing me away or anything. We're all human! Most important thing is that I had a great time eating here.

Speedy and friendly service. Came here with a group of 7 people without reservation on Sunday afternoon and were seated promptly. Coffee are made iced upon request, their matcha and Chai were great.
For lunch I had the chicken with almonds - very tender and juicy chicken with hints of lemon and spring onion - devoured the plate.
The lemon tart was a bit on the sweet side and I missed the lemony bitterness.

Me and my family had brunch there twice, great food & great coffee and reasonably priced! Highly recommend the deep fried pork sandwich!

Newly opened a few weeks ago, we decided to try it during our trip to Zermatt and everything blew our minds. Came with a group of 7 and split a bunch of dishes that were all incredibly flavorful and unique but all paired so well together. We had the duck, the almond chicken, the pumpkin salad, the soft shell crab, and a bunch of delicious cocktails. The staff was friendly and kind and the ambiance was perfection. Loved every minute here and will definitely come back next time I’m in Zermatt!

The food here blew our minds after my husband and I had several days of traditional European dishes. We wanted to find something tasty but not purely Asian food. Hopefully we found this one with decent price, astonishing food, great staff service and pleasing atmosphere and furnishings. Love and totally recommend this place for who traveling to Zermatt!! 🥰🥰🥰

Loved the place. Perfect for a brunch or breakfast. If you feel like eating a bit more than simple croissants, this place is for you. Food was delicious although a bit pricey. Service was sooo friendly and charming. They also treated our dog with a lot of respect.

Amazing location for breakfast and brunch, serving locally roasted coffee and delicious artisanal pastries. The best croissant I’ve ever had! And a stunning view of the Matterhorn. Loved it!

Perfect experience! As a tourist, you can definitely try this place, friendly server, enthusiastic recommendation! (Compared to the bad experience we have in another restaurant:( Of course, the food and environment are also great! They have a new dining space, not the one at the intersection, but close. The atmosphere is really good! Will come back next time:)

food, coffee, service & ambience was truly great!!

tonkatsu pork sandwich: this was great the pork belly was fatty and juicy!! However, i do find the tonkatsu sauce just a tad too sour.

chickpea fritters: this was great, seasoning and flavour of the fritters was really good would recommend getting this!!

white: coffee was good, really well-balanced not too acidic neither too bitter!

service was really good!! i was served by this beautiful young lady who was really attentive!!
would def come back again in the near future!!

Being regular guests at Aroleid run by the same chef we have finally made it to the Zermatt Kitchen today in the evening for some food and drinks. We have shared a delicious crab tempura and drunk some nice Italian rose. Combined with a fantastic Matterhorn view this place is a winner. Update 13.4.24 for the new Zermatt Kitchen at Ascot: delicious food, even better than at the place at the bridge which is now a Vietnamese restaurant. Very sunny terrasse, some evenings wuth live music. The duck with rice cake and the sweet potatoe chips were just out if this world. Can get quite noisy when the restaurant is fully booked and then two people serving are just not enough. But we all know how difficult is to get good people in Zermatt...

Great little brunch spot in a town that apparently is not stoked on brunch! So glad we stopped in here, the food was so good and it’s nestled right along the river.

As a California girl, this avocado toast absolutely hit the spot. A top 10 I’ve ever had 🥑 💕

If you’re hungry, stop in for coffee, a drink and/or some great food. Excellent service as well!
