One of the most fascinating and best places in all the area of Umbria/Toscana, to visit. The farm tour shows what can be accomplished in terms of sustainable agriculture, when you take what nature and the soil conditions offer you, and plant food that is delicious, free of pesticides, totally organic, and, most importantly, tasty.

The brothers Alessandro and Nicola are knowledgeable and passionate about offering organic farming, sustainable, and at fair prices.

After the tour hosted by Alessandro, we sat down for a fantastic, chef-like multiple-course lunch, cooked and served by Nicola. Everything was delightfully tasty and fresh. This was our second turn here, this time with friends who were visiting Città della Pieve, who we wanted to have the experience and the yummy food. Anyone visiting the Umbria, Toscana and Lazio regions, should plan a stop at Quintosapore, for an unforgettable culinary and agricultural experience. Heads up to the way the potatoes are cooked: perfectly crunch on the outside, deliciously soft on the inside, they are one of the best tasting potatoes one will ever eat.

The pure nature and the passion of the owners were exceptional. They guided and explained to us the true meaning of organic, through the soil, weather, growing conditions and with the least negative impact on the environment.
