La Giara Rooftop Bar

The BEST views overlooking Positano here. Love love love this spot! Every table you get has an incredible view. The service is impeccable, the guy greeting us is awesome. The vibe is friendly and relaxed. Must go place for a drink. Not to mention great cocktails :D

My husband & I stumbled upon this rooftop bar by happenstance during our time in Positano. We fell in love and came back two more times during our visit! The staff is so kind, the drinks are delicious, and the view is incredible. Of all the places we experienced in Positano, La Giara is what we will talk about for years to come!

The place has an incredible view and good food/drinks, but the quality of the service was 100/10. Andrea and the whole staff were so heartwarming and welcoming that the hike to get to the place ended up being super worth it. If you are in positano looking for some relax time after the beach, this is your spot!

My husband and I had a beautiful experience at La Giara rooftop bar. We enjoyed the views, service, and employees so much that we came twice and would have come a 3rd but they were closed (closed on Mondays). Lara (I believe her name was) was the sweetest! She was the nicest person we met during our 2 week trip in Italy. She knows how to build rapport with visitors which just made it even better. Would definitely recommend this bar and the hotel associated. I know where I will stay if I come back❤ thanks for the great time! Ciao!

My girlfriend and I found this hidden gem before a night out to dinner in Positano and it did NOT disappoint. Unparalleled views, just quiet enough with delicious drinks and tasty picky appertivo. A must when you’re here.

Walking past on the steps, we were cajoled into coming in for a drink - we are very glad we did. There was only a couple other tables there early in the evening (5pm) so we got a corner table with an amazing view. Ordered a bottle of local Amalfi rose for 35 euros. They brought some snacks, like chips, crackers and nuts, and chatted with us about the town and its history. We felt very lucky to have had this experience.
