Funivia Sass Pordoi - Stazione a Valle

28€ for a return trip but totally worth it. Cable car is very fast, takes less than 2 min to get you to the top. Watch out that it works till 5pm

Definitely worth your time in my humble opinion.

Beautiful in the winter too! Would recommend this as a pit stop while driving by the pass. If skiing, the connection to the slopes is far—a few mins walking at least. The cablecar was included in my Dolomiti Superski pass.

There’s a restaurant at the top along with several photo points. A great place to soak in the beauty of the Dolomites.

Great experience - absolutely worth the walk in a ski boots from Maria ski station. Breathtaking views and a nice cuisine on top of an epic mountain.

The cable car takes you to one of the best views you will see in your life. Go up, find a nice spot and sit and take it all in for a while. Don't be like the Instagram wannabes we saw who came up, took 5 mins of staged photos and went straight back down. Take your time and explore a while.

We had a 4 year old with us and he loved it and could easily make it to the refuge and back again.

Traversed passo pordoi many times before, only now took the cable car up. Simply breathtaking, with an awesome view from the top.

We were lucky enough to visit Pordoi on a beautiful clear sunny day. The views from the top are stunning and unforgettable. The top of the mountain itself could be the moon! Cable car runs every 15 minutes or so and can get quite full but only about 4 minutes each way. Even the road to the top with 27 hairpin bends is an experience. Luckily I wasn't driving!

Incredible cable car reaching Sass Pordoi at nearly 3000 mt from Passo Pordoi at 2239. The ascent is in free air, without supporting pylons and in the last part you are in a canyon of rocks on both sides. From above you have an awesome view of the dolomites with the Sella Group "plateau" from the top and the nearby Sassolungo and Marmolada

Breath taking view from the top! There is a restaurant open when we went during the week in the middle of October. Worth the €25 round trip ticket.

A must do trip if you are in the location. Unbelievable views from the top.

Nice lift! Dogs are free of charge but they must wear muzzles.

Great view from top, runs every 10 minutes or when full. Requires walk from top of nearest lifts, but does have own run back down from the bottom of the lift back into ski area

A single free-hanging cable from too to bottom stops. Amazing strength and engineering. The views from cable car are great too. The windows were a little bit tired already but this just forces you to look instead of taking pictures with your smartphone ;-)
