Carpe Diem

I had the most enormous and delicious calzone ever (!) in a very pleasant outdoor area of the restaurant. We were a large group, and the waitress was friendly, patient, and very attentive. Other people in the group had pizzas, and everyone said they were wonderful!

We just had such a great evening with very very joyful and perfect service and the best food. it was just what we needed to have a the end of this day. highly recommend to all people looking for tipical food and easy kitchen with good ingrediences from the italian kitchen. thanks a lot🙏🫶🏻

This place is a hidden gem! Wonderful pizza options and amazing burgers with great house wine and German & Austrian beers on tap. The table next to us ordered a calzone which was the size of my thigh. Very friendly staff and inexpensive. Highly recommend!

I'm almost afraid to tell you all how this is likely the best pizza 🍕 anywhere. I don't want to have to compete with the crowds that would result from letting the secret out. I've had great pizza at dozens of places around Napoli, Rome, and Tuscany. Perhaps it is their crust made with ancient grains. Perhaps it is the incredible salsiccia piccante (pepperoni) that is hand cut from small individual sausages. I know I love that they add a bit more cheese than you typically find, without making the thin crust soggy. I'm sure the huge wood fired oven is a big factor.

It seems like a crime that this amazing pizza tends to be 7 euros each.
