Residence La Tavolozza

10/10 would recommend this hotel. Beautiful views, 5-8 minute walk to the beach. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. Great location and the staff went above & beyond. They were available any time of the day and spoke English very well. My wife and I were there for 5 days and we will definitely be going back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Paola, Francisca and Alessandra were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Amazing views from patio, enjoyed our breakfast outside a couple of mornings. Provided breakfast, for a fee , was delicious. Spacious clean room. Close to town with many wonderful restaurants close by. We carried our luggage up, not a smart choice unless you have a backpack only. Pay at dock to have you and items brought up. Many stairs to reach hotel. Climb easy otherwise without luggage. Would highly recommend! Loved this place.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at La Tavolozza. Our new family, Francesca, Paola and Alessandra, were so gracious and so very helpful in so many ways. The view of the harbour was fantastic from our huge terrace. The rooms are super clean. Right around the corner from a grocery/deli where you can get anything you need. For us...the only place to stay in Positano!

Everything was amazing. This place is so much nicer than the pictures show. This was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. The staff are incredible and are always willing to help with any request. The balcony with a view was lovely and we used it every night. On return trips to Positano, this will be the only place I stay.

WOW! My wife and I are so thrilled we decided to stay here for our Honeymoon in Positano! The experience was 2nd to none. Francesca and the team are amazing, and make you feel welcome immediately, and tend to you as if you are their family. THE VIEWS can't be described in words, but are simply breathtaking. The location is perfect, you are a 10 minute walk away from the beach and many delicious restaurants and fun shops. If you are looking to vacation in Positano, you have to try and book a room here, it is perfect! Thank you again Francesca and the family for all of your hospitality and everything you did to give my wife and I a perfect honeymoon :) we hope to come back someday soon!

This hotel is amazing! Family-owned and super comfortable, they are on top of everything. Best views and best room cleaning I’ve ever experience at an Hotel!
The location couldn’t be any better. You are only 3 meters away from the stairs that enter the city center, while other hotels are farther away - this is a unique location for a very good price.
If you are deciding between La Tavolozza or any other hotel, I would highly suggest you stay here - this is how much we liked it!

This is a family-owned, comfortable super clean amazing hotel with a breathtaking view from the private terrace. The ladies in La Tavolozza were super friendly, helped us with everything, anytime of the day during our stay. The hotel is located in the city center, a short walk from the beach, shops, bus stops, ferries. Everything is just few a minutes away. The location couldn't be any better. I really recommend it.

Can’t say enough great things about our 4 night stay. The staff; Alessandra, Francesca and Paola were always readily available for any needs (even if you needed a bottle of water at 2 am- haha)
The place is outdated, but impeccably maintained and cleaned daily. Beach towels were provided daily by request and the views from the room were a 10/10 (better than I thought)
Location was amazing. We will be back!

My husband and I were so glad that we decided to stay at La Tavolozza while in Positano. The rooms were very clean and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location was also great as it was close to the beach, a lot of great restaurants, and most notably for Positano -- the hotel was right off of the main road, so there was no need to carry our luggage down many stairs to get to the hotel! We highly recommend La Tavolozza!

The location was perfect! The rooms were very clean and beautifully tiled/designed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking!
The family is at the top of the concierge business. They catered to our every need or desire - delivering cappuccino and croissants to our room in the morning, and making reservations at a restaurant that they helped us pick out.
This place is definitely a GREAT FIND in Positano and is highly recommended by us!

Amazing rooms with the best views, close to the beach and all of the shopping/ restaurants. This family establishment is one of the main things that would bring me back to Positano. They are all very friendly and extremely accommodating. I could not recommend enough.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of spending two wonderful weeks in Positano during October. The three ladies running La Tavolozza were so friendly and made us feel so welcome and part of the family. Night or day nothing was too much trouble for them. The establishment is situated within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants and, for those wishing to go further afield, bus stops, boats and ferries are within minutes away.
For anyone going to Positano we would thoroughly recommend staying at La Tavolozza A tip. If you do go to the beach take beach shoes with you as the pebbles can make you hop a bit.

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and right at home. This is an incredible family run residence. Nothing was too much for them, the customer service was above and beyond. Extremely clean and perfect location with an amazing view. Highly recommend staying here.

La Tevalozza was a perfect way to feel like your in the heart of positano and an authentic feel of a local family owned bed and breakfast. The views are amazing! Service is great and friendly. The owners brought down cappuccinos and baked goods in the morning to eat on the terrace. If you want the feeling of real and beautiful positano, stay here! Ciao!
