Casa Cosenza

The room was great and offered amazing views of the sea. The host was great in all aspects - from sending me directions to the hotel to offering me best recommendations to visit in Positano region. She also got in touch with me during check-out and made sure we were comfortable with out onward journey. I will recommend staying here at-least for a night. Positano/Amalfi region is very expensive but Casa Cosenza still has reasonable rates and offers good value for money.

Our stay was truly lovely, and Rafaella proved to be a wonderful host. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, while the breathtaking view has us eager to return at any time.

Raffaella and Casa Cosenza exceeded our expectations beyond imagine! We traveled to Positano to celebrate our honeymoon, and we are beyond happy that we did. From the moment we booked our stay, Raffaella was extremely helpful with recommendations and tips for getting around Positano. The instructions to find Casa Cosenza was perfect and extremely detailed, making the travel part a breeze. She's very responsive, making communication and answer questions hassle free. Location was absolutely perfect- short walk down the stairs to the local beach and plenty of restaurants near by! and the VIEW!! I don't think you can get any better than this! and for the cherry on top, Casa Cosenza is extremely well priced for the location and view. Don't bother wasting your $$ on fancy hotels for a subpar view/ service. Raffaella also upgraded our room for us celebrating our honeymoon, and wow!!!! I can't say enough good things!! We absolutely be coming back to Casa Cosenza!! thank you, Raffaella

We stayed at Casa Cosenza for five nights and everything was great! Josephine and her daughter were so nice. They helped us a lot when it came to planning our trip. Nothing better than taking advices from local people.
We stayed in the Romantic room, we felt so cozy in there. The room was simple but had everything needed: a shower, a toilet, a comfortable bed,… it’s all we were asking for. I read something about mold but really I did not see it nor smell it. The room was super clean and smelled so good (trust me on that, I’m a clean freak 😂) They really took good care of the room everyday. The view of the city from the balcony was also amazing! So beautiful and magical 😍
I read a lot of negative reviews saying Josephine and Raphaella were rude but my partner and I had not experience that at all. They were really lovely and helpful. Of course, there are things you must respect but it’s normal. I have also read they were not well located because of the stairs. I mean, the location was also perfect! We were 5 or 10 mins away from everything by foot. About the stairs, there’s nothing they can do about because Positano means stairs…. Everywhere.

Stayed here for my honeymoon. Spectacular owners who treat you like family. The room with the terrace had the most beautiful view and made our trip. The rooms are small and cozy. The bathrooms could use some upgrades but I didn't mind because of the amazing view and having breakfast every morning on our terrace with our amazing view. Did I mention the AMAZING VIEW!!!

I booked Casa Cosenza in 2020 well before the pandemic, and I have rebooked time after time with Josephine and Rafaella; they have helped me every step of the way so until I could finally complete my trip to beautiful Positano in June 2021! I’ve been here for four nights, I’m leaving tomorrow, and I highly recommend Casa Cosenza. I booked Room No 7, and the terrace is bigger than my room with the most astounding views of Positano!
The accommodations are clean, comfortable and basic, which is all I require, when there is so much to experience right outside my door. Rafaella has been so helpful in every way! I highly recommend Casa Cosenza, unless you’re looking to be catered to, which I’m not!

Terrace and view are worth the hikes up and down stairs. Bed is comfortable, hot water in shower lasts, A/C is great, staff are nice, and there's a mini-fridge. Good price, and we believe Positano is the best town to stay in on the Amalfi coast if you can swing it.

We took a trip to Italy for 2 weeks and went all over from Rome to Taormina to Capri to Positano. This was by far our favorite place to to stay in the entire trip. The owner is amazing. Great hospitality! And the views.. well.. look at the pictures. Beautiful.

Really excellent spot! Josephine was so helpful with organizing a car and porter service for us. The location cannot be beat. Incredible value for what you pay for. Can’t recommend it enough!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED this boutique hotel!! The views were unbeatable and the hotel is perfectly located with lots of great restaurants just up the street. Josephine and Raffaella gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival and they were delightful throughout our entire stay (always cheerful, helped us with dinner recommendations, gave directions etc.). We highly recommend staying here!! Our room was n11 but all the rooms have wonderful views.

Absolutely beautiful spot in Positano!! We fell in love with Casa Cosenza. Josephine is a lovely host. We felt like family. Diffinetly our home away from home and will return again. Positano has gorgeous views ,restaurants, shopping and the stairs keep us in shape . Easy access for ferries along the Amalfi coast and Capri to Sorrento even from Napoli. Next time we won't rent a car.

Beautiful location!! Right in the middle. Staff is super friendly. Be ready to walk stairs lol. That’s how this whole location is set up. Amazing location!!
