We’re still sitting at the table but couldn’t wait to write this review. What a fantastic, authentic en fresh food! The bruchetta was the best I’ve ever tasted!

We’ll surely come back here somewhere during our holiday!

I can not say enough great things about Pizzeria Cafe Bijou. The service was amazing, the food was fantastic, we had such a great time, and the lasagna was terrific. Finally, shout out to Julio for the fun music and entertainment.

Ottman and Elenora are the best servers and restaurant! They were absolutely amazing and made us feel welcome immediately! The Mortazza pizza is amazing and the table bread was phenomenal! My wife got the lasagna with meat sauce and it was the best I have ever had!

My mum and I went for some food and found this place on google! Based of the reviews people loved it so we went to try it out. Looking through the menu we ordered the lasagna and Diavola pizza to share. Wow! The food was fresh and cooked perfectly! The lasagna was INCREDIBLE! Would 1000% recommend! Aswell had tiramisu for dessert and that was gorgeous too! In my mums words she will only have it if it’s going to be the same!

Amazing food, great service!! All the dishes were super yummy. Great wine. My 1.5 year old loved the vegetable soup. Friendly people.. they also suggested the local winery which is 5 min walk from the restaurant for wine tasting. Would definitely recommend 👍

Ate here several times. Great food, good service. Delicious Negronis and reasonable prices. I had a delicious risotto and friends had good pizza. Delicious thank you for the limoncello after.

Pizza was amazing we had 3 different style pizzas. Mushroom Risotto was the best I’ve ever had. Service. Impeccable!!! Thank you for an amazing night and meal.

Some of the best food here we ate during our whole trip to Italy and we especially enjoyed the pizza. The local bread that came out as well as the traditional lasagna were to die for as well!

Stumbled upon this gem in a pitoresque village. We ate an amazing pizza and the staff was wonderfully welcoming and friendly. We 100% recommend visiting.

Beautiful lunch in a beautiful town! Nice balcony out the back and all the food was delicious and plentiful. We had a lovely few hours wining and dining. Grazie mille 😍

Fun story. When looking for a restaurant we found this place interesting because it had a 1 star review. The owners reaction to this 1 star review took our attention, we felt it was a very passionate person that we needed to meet with him. If you can find it, it is worth to read it. We came to the place and did not get disappointed, had one of the best nights of the holiday! What a great food/restaurant and the owner Giulio made our night with his performance. He was like the conductor of an orchestra managing every tiny little detail and making sure everybody has a great meal and time in his place. Giulio (and son) Grazie per tutti and hope to see you in Amsterdam!!

We were welcomed by who i assume is the owner of the restaurant. He offered us free wine and advised us what foods to order and how they made them.
He had really positive energy and we felt welcome as tourists in his restaurant. The chef himself also brought out our food, and was humble and friendly.

During our trip we ordered many bruschettas, but the ones we ate here we’re very special and the best we ever had. They even had straciatella cheese on them. (See pictures)

We both ordered a pizza, and once again. These were the best ones we’ve had during our trip!

I would absolutely recommend this place for the food, the welcoming atmosphere and the amazing service!

Classic small Italian town experience. We arrived a little late and the owner made our meals by himself while serving us and providing a very hospitable environment. The bread is incredible. The pizza has some crunch to it. Fantastic spot. The owner provided us with dessert on the house and even offered us limoncello on our way out.

Stopped here for lunch during a cycle ride through Chianti. The owner was really helpful and explained our options. Food was delicious - pasta, pizza, salads. Best food of our trip so far.

AMAZING authentic Italian food. The kindest staff. Amazing service. We arrived very late at night and called them, we didn’t have a car and they offered to stay open for us to eat. The next day we came for lunch and the owner offered to let us use his car to get to the place to rent a scooter since our rental car had fallen through. The most kind people and best Italian food. They also gave us a free dessert plate at the end. What a great experience!!!!

Fantastic experience! Our food was absolutely delicious and our waiter was awesome. The chef was very friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back and recommend this restaurant.

Wow! Where do I start? This was a wonderful gem in Barberino. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pizzas were so delicious. We especially enjoyed the pizza with pistachio sauce on it. There is a great view in the back if you eat outside. It was exquisite!

This restaurant is wonderful!
First I ordered 15 takeaway pizzas to feed a large group staying nearby. They were delicious, and ready exactly when we agreed. I then returned for a meal, which was perfect. Great setting, great owner.
