Cup's Italian Coffee house

My partner and I came here for coffee every day of our holiday and absolutely loved it! They do excellent vanilla lattes - iced or hot and the homemade biscuits are so good they’re addictive 😉! Highly recommend the friendly service and excellent coffee.

The best coffee! Cups uses a real espresso machine and not one of the automatic ones every other "cafe" in Switzerland uses to make burnt coffee. We had two cappuccinos and they were the best we have had in Switzerland. If you want good coffee in this country you have to find the Italians, and this is your place in Zermatt!

Delicious coffee & hot chocolate!! We were able to get an Iced Latte even though it was 4° outside :) the service is incredibly friendly too!

Visited this cozy little café twice during my stay in Zermatt. It is decorated well and has a warm touch. You can choose between outdoor seating and indoor seating, blankets are provided outdoors.
I had an Italianische Schokolade and a Zimt-Latte, both were delicious. I also tried their Cannolis, the chocolate one was more rich whilst the pistachio one was lighter.
The owner was always very friendly and kindly explained the items. You can tell that both owners put a lot of care into their café.

Stumbled upon this place and so glad we did. Only regret we don't have another chance to stop by before leaving.

This place feels very homey, like your own mom is preparing a snack for you in the kitchen. The ambiance was so cozy and perfect place to gaze out the window. Seems like a husband/wife duo operation although I could be wrong. Both were so warm and friendly. I have such a soft spot for people like them especially when the drinks/food are also excellent.

The drinks we got, Chai tea, were exactly the stuff we needed after a day of paragliding. Quality was top notch. The mushroom/ sausage pizza was a perfect mid day snack and prepared perfectly. The right amount of crunchy and doughy texture. Another spot marked to return to.

Friendly owner with quick and thoughtful service. Coffees were delicious as well! One of the best I’ve had in Switzerland. I’ll definitely be going back tomorrow morning!

Lovely little cafe at the bottom of the Antika hotel. Service is very courteous, which is not standard in Zermatt (and in CH in general). It is an Italian inspired cafe, service a small range of delicious pastries (try the chocolate pastry fill s with dark and white chocolate).

Cup's is a real gem: great coffee and tasty cannoli with very friendly service, and a nice view over the lower part of Zermatt - what more could you wish for!

Great Place for coffee and desserts in Zermatt. One of the best coffees that we have had. We came back for the second time later in the day because we liked it so much. Very kind owners as well. Wishing them the best !

The service was great and very friendly. The coffee was delicious and so was the chocolate croissant we ordered. I would highly recommend going here to get a coffee and a treat.
