Fantasic !!! We were impressed with the service from David who let us order just before closing. Helped us choose a full bodied wine that was one of the best we had in Sicily. Recommended 2 flavorful dishes.
We had the pumpkin soup, battered mushrooms, rack of lamb and cod with sweet onions. The best meal we had on our month long journey around the island. We talked with him and his girlfriend about our home in Hawaii. Hope to see them there....

I came here thinking the food would be the same as any other place. Oh god I was wrong. The food here is beyond great, and the vibe is just spectacular. The owner David, was very nice and welcoming, and helped us choose exactly what we needed. The quality of the food was beyond compare to anywhere else I have eaten. This is a must-try if you go to Italy. Have fun ;)

We went here two times during our stay in Castelbuono, because after the first time we were still dreaming about their food and we absolutely needed it again before we left! They serve local food, the more hearty cuisine from the mountains around Castelbuono and also seafood. Great selection of wines and the service had superb recommendations (try the dishes of the day!). Also the menu degustazione had amazing value for money, I absolutely recommend it! We tried many restaurants in Castelbuono and this is definitely one of our favourites. The owners are down to earth and convey the passion they have for their food. Thank you!

The food was unbelievable! I’ve never seen so many different foods with mushrooms in one place before. Everything tasted incredible and the service was amazing. David, the owner was our server tonight and my family and I couldn’t be happier. If I could recommend only one place in the area, this would be it no questions asked.

Had a fantastic dinner. Great atmosphere and good food. Also, one of the few places where the house wine (which can be served per glass) is actually good. But most importantly, the waiter was a very kind and cheerful guy.

We had a very nice dinner including a local spring mushroom, Pleurotus narbodiensis. Excellent wine also! Pleasant people.

Fantastic place with the best sicilian food, atmosphere and great service.

Cozy bistrot where the food alone deserves five stars. The only negative was that the service was left to one young server and was underwhelming, as he seemed to be preoccupied with one table of locals. The mushrooms in basilic olive oil and the homemade pasta are memorable, even for Sicily. Delicious meal in spite of the overly long wait time.

We loved everything about this place! Great food, good wine, great ambiance, lovely people! Especially the homemade caponata, truffle carpacchio and lamb were exceptional. Truly one of the highlights of our holiday

Fabulous restaurant hidden away in the old town. Great wine list with expert advice from the owner, Davide. Pasta with mushroom primi piatti was exceptional. The tagliata with melted cheese was excellent and cooked to perfection. The Testa di Turco (a local dessert) was great. All in all a wonderful experience. Great value and not to be missed.

Food is just amazing, we loved all of it. Just perfect in every sense, the best one from Castelbuono and surrounding, if not the best in the island. A must!

This place is wonderful. The food was exceptionally good, the service friendly, and the owner, Davide, was attentive and helpful, with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the many available wines. I would unreservedly recommend UVA Club to anyone visiting Castelbueno.

Tripped over UVA up a little alley looking for somewhere to shelter from the rain. Thank goodness for the rain! Most excellent, food, atmosphere, service, all unmissable. Homemade caserecce pasta, delicate sliced funghi, basil and ricotta followed by a joyful pannacotta con cioccolata. Bliss!
