Very nice owner. We had cottage house in the garden for a couple of days. House was clean, there was no visible minuses there. Breafast served in the morning were quite nice but I would rather eat some bread with cheese or ham than another croissant or toast with nutella. However owner was very kind, offered tea and coffee, suggest nice restaurants in Montichiello and Pienza. The view from this place is amazing, both in the morning and in the evening.

Amazing place just a 2-5 min walk from the middle of Monticchiello. We stayed one night but wish we stayed longer because of the views. the breakfast was also delicious. Great base for exploring nearby towns and wineries.

We have been twice at Guido's place. The place is very cozy and calm. The location is just a hidden gem of Tuscany. The host is extremely helpful and attentive. We will definitely return.

We stayed for 3 nights and I can only recommend this B&B. It is located in the heart of Tuscany in Val d'orcia. Great views from the garden. Clean apartments and good breakfast. If I ever come back to Tuscany, I will definitely stay here again for a few nights.

Charming Hosts and Home, with a Delicious Breakfast to match!
Guido and his aunt were incredible hosts and made our stay that much more special! The location is fantastic, with a wonderful view of Pienza and the typical Tuscan landscape. The room was lovely with all the amenities you'd expect, and the house was very modern and nicely decorated. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - best we had in a whole week in Italy. There was also free private parking onsite which was just the cherry on top.
Monticchiello is such a cute village and you can't miss the local playhouse/museum - wish we'd had more time to explore it! It's the perfect place to stay if you want to explore Pienza and the Val d'Orcia but come back to a homely, less touristy home-base.

Great place to stay, Guido is an incredibly nice host and the property is very nice and quiet. Breakfast is simple but good and relaxing in the garden during the morning with that killer view of Val d'Orcia Is something that you have to experience for yourself.

The appartments are nice, and newly refurbished, with comfy beds, AC, and everything else that you would expect from a modern accomodation. Last but no least, Monticchiello is an incredibly buzzy little village, especially in the summer, and it is very close to a wide number of tourist attractions such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Monte Amiata and many more.

Definitely worth a visit!

Guido and his aunt were kind, welcoming and wonderful hosts. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home, cooking scrambled eggs and bacon for the Brits, Americans and Canadians in our party. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is quiet and picturesque.

In the heart of Tuscany country side .. nice, clean quiet place to enjoy Tuscany.. the host was great, just two minute walk from Monticchiello town. If you love sunset on country side, an awesome place to experience it.

What can you not like?
Guido knows everything, very helpfull and kind.
Everything was perfect, our stay, food, location… everything.
Would definetly recomend and we would love to come back!

Endroit et emplacement exceptionnels. La vue au coucher du soleil est sublime. L’hôte est très accueillant, attentionné et répond aux demandes très rapidement. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Je recommande à tous! Nous reviendrons certainement.

Un lugar maravilloso para pasar unos días y visitar los pueblos de Pienza y alrededores. Lo mejor de todo son las personas que lo regentan, son muy amables y atentas. El desayuno estupendo. Nosotros estuvimos con nuestro niño de 1 año en la cabaña independiente y salimos encantados. Aunque no tenga la calidad de un hotel 4*, es probablemente el mejor lugar en el que nos hemos alojado en la Toscana. Mil gracias.

Siamo stati una notte nella struttura del signor Guido e della zia, che ci hanno accolti con tanto calore e gentilezza, due persone molto simpatiche.
Struttura molto bella, che affaccia sul paesaggio collinare tipico toscano.
La camera graziosa, pulita, spazisa con un bagno ampio e moderno.
Colazione SUEPR!

W pobliżu lokalny sklep, zaopatrzony w sery, wedliny, warzywa, wina i inne podstawowe produkty.
Wokół murów miasteczka piękna ścieżka piesza w cieniu drzew.

Posto magnifico, situato all'ingresso di Monticchiello, a poche centinaia di metri dal centro. La struttura interna è bellissima, molto curata negli arredi e molto calda, varcato l'ingresso ci si sente a casa. L’ambiente esterno è molto riservato e tranquillo, ha un giardino ben curato con uno splendido affaccio sulla Val D’Orcia e su Pienza. Guido e Simonetta sono molto gentili, disponibili e attenti, hanno molta cura dei propri ospiti (noi abbiamo soggiornato da loro con un neonato) e ti accolgono come se fossi un membro della famiglia. La colazione di Simonetta, con dolci fatti in casa è davvero deliziosa e le indicazioni di Guido sono accurate e permettono di godere appieno delle località della val d'Orcia. Siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo sicuramente a tutti coloro che vogliono vedere la val d'Orcia e soggiornare in un posto delizioso!!!
