Valentì Positano

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. The Limoncello tour with Lalla was an absolute highlight of our trip. She was an incredible host, who shared a tremendous amount of information. I would recommend anyone visiting Positano to do a tour at Valenti!

Lovely shop in beautiful Positano. Friendly hosts showing all their products in the course that we've booked on Airbnb. Although we arrived later (due to heavy traffic) they welcomed us and took their time to show us all their products and how they are made. Just bought lately from their online shop. Super secured transport box for shipping flasks. And the parlines, limoncello and meloncino just tast amazing!

This was a highlight during our stay in Positano. We stopped by on a whim and signed up for a limoncello class which was absolutely incredible. Reservations were put down by hand in a notebook. The Valentino family is welcoming and willing to let you try just about anything in their shop. They deserve your business. If time allows absolutely sign up for the limoncello making class. You will receive much more than expected. In total we spent about 60 - 90 minutes enjoying our drinks and views.

Can't recommend the limoncello experience enough - it was a bit pricey, but Valentino took us through the various ways that they utilize the entire lemon for a variety of products (obviously including limoncello). Beyond that, he was incredibly warm, engaging, and we could tell he was very passionate about sharing his knowledge and his products with us. Totally worth it - thank you again Valentino!!

What a lovely experience! Valentino and his wife were so kind and showed my wife and I a fantastic time! The tasting is great, their products are wonderful but it’s honestly the two of them and their kindness that make the entire experience wonderful. Also the view from their store and their garden across the store is absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend a visit to Valenti while visiting Positano

Che spettacolo 👏 We learned how to make limoncello and lemon marmalade with this very sympathic couple Valentino and Gesualda. We also tasted amazing finger foods and olive oils. It was a very nice experience. We enjoyed every moment and recommend it to everyone! Don’t miss it! Grazie Valentino e Gesualda!

If you want traditional Limoncello then take the extra small effort to get to this place it is well worth it. Also never thought I would like/love lemon marmalade but I have been converted. Love it!

My husband and I just visited Valenti recently to take the Limoncello class. It was our favorite experience in Positano! Valentino and his wife, Lala, were so kind and friendly. The class was very personable and Valentino made sure to take lots of photos of us as we made some Limoncello. The views from their store are also IMMACULATE. All of their products are delicious and we are so glad that we made time to come here. I highly recommend you take a class here, and make sure to bring home some of the Limoncello and other marmalades and products. Thank you Valentino and Lala for the AMAZING experience, and thank you for treating us like family.

An absolutely lovely experience with my wife. We had to make a pit stop here on our coastal drive given our last name Lemon. Do your best to make a reservation for their liminchello explanation or the longer cooking class demonstration. We were greeted by the owner right as we walked in the small shop. She went into great detail of how they make their limoncello showing us every step. Very informative presentation which took her maybe 30min. She was extremely nice and kept offering us samples of her product and candies/cookies made from the Limoncello byproducts. She even walked us across the street to show us her garden and took some photos of us. Many products to buy other than limoncello as well. We bought a variety to bring home with us.

Great grocery store, amazing customer service, everything you need, with extremely kind and giving staff!!! Everything is more than fair and very well priced as well! Just outside of all the jam packed town so you can peacefully stop, get what you need, and enjoy the view!

Fantastic experience! We booked a limoncello tasting at Valenti and it was one of our favorite stops in all of Italy. The owners, a husband & wife, were extremely friendly, informational, and generous — plus, their limoncello (and all of their other products) were absolutely delicious and super high-quality. You can truly taste the difference in their limoncello — it’s so smooth and sweet, we ended up shipping several bottles back home. We stayed to chat with them for a good while beyond the tasting and they gave us a tour of their garden that provided *incredible* views of the entire town of Positano and the Bay. Visiting Valenti is more than worth the walk up the hill — you must go!

We arrived there with no booking and we asked to have some info about the Limoncello. Without any problems, the nice lady gave us a small free tasting and intro to the making of limoncello. Definitely something to put on your list when going to this little town.

We booked the limoncello tasting as part of an airbnb experience while in Positano. We ended up being the only ones there. The owners were just lovely. They took great care to explain and show the process while giving us so much to taste! They have so much more than just limoncello and we had such a hard time deciding what we wanted to carry around for our remaining 2 week trip. They di ship if interested. Beautiful garden tour and views of Positano. Highly recommend!

We stopped in while shopping in Positano. The owner was so so nice and I highly recommend going here if you plan on shopping or bringing Limoncello home (and we ended up also getting some other great things in the store).

I took a spontaneuos limoncello class with Gesualda and it was fantastic. The whole family made my visit unforgettable and I got to try different limoncellos, nutella-like spreads and jams, olive oil, babas, ... they have been in business over 25 years and you can feel that they are very passionate. Don‘t miss out, thanks Gesualda & Valentina!

Great Airbnb experience hosted by a great couple. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Positano for an authentic Italian experience.
