Wow! Those Grutas was fantastic! Water was nicely hot. A lot of ways to walk under water falls, beautiful views! Definitely recommending to visit that place. Can be complications for kids, sometimes the water depth is about 1,5m and stones.

Esta muy divertida la experiencia la primera vez que te avientas si no tienes experiencia en tirolesas te entra un pánico unos 5 segundos después se te quita y andas al 100.
Me avente 2 veces y todo salio muy bien.
Lo único malo es que aveces los muchachos que trabajan ahí son medio groseros y no te regresan el saludo ni nada como si odiaran su jale.

Although the zipline was fun and the price was great, everybody working there was INCREDIBLY RUDE from the beginning to the end!!!! I almost changed my mind before paying but still did it because I didn’t want to miss the experience because of those RUDE “staffs” if I had to call them so. DEAR EVERYBODY “WORKING” THERE ON SEPTEMBER 10TH TUESDAY: I DON’T KNOW WHAT KIND OF PROBLEMS YOU ARE DEALING WITH IN YOUR LIFE, BUT I DON’T CARE, AND IT DOESN’T JUSTIFY THE WAY YOU TREAT PEOPLE. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!!!!!!
