Orka Sunlife Resort Hotel and Aquapark

We have just returned (8 of us) from a fantastic break at Orka Sunlife.

The location of the hotel is a beautiful woodland area, set in the mountains with gorgeous views.

Here's our pros and cons;

Pros:
1. The place is very clean and lovely.
The staff are friendly and service is exceptional.
2.The drinks are great with beer (Tuborg) being decent and cocktails great. There's also rarely queues for anything..bar, food (except maybe for Koftas 😁).
3. The food was delicious. If you're looking for English food, you'll be disappointed. It's mainly Turkish with a few bits of English (burgers, fries). Breakfast, you'll find no full English. But that's exactly what we (and most others, I think) enjoy. The stuffed vegetables, salad, fresh fish and pizza were definitely faves.
4. Entertainment was great. The lads were funny and looked after the kids
5. Pool area was nice.
6. The atmosphere was friendly. Everyone seemed happy at the hotel.
7. Best hotel gym I've ever been in.

Cons:
1. Coffee was not the best, I'm afraid. I was craving some fresh bean coffee by the end of the hols.
2. Orange juice (and all other juices) is dilute. Very sweet.
3. Rooms are pretty small, although nice but then we just slept there and got out to the pool early.
4. The steps are steep. Definitely not one for those with mobility issues. Great for kids and adults who enjoy a bit of cardio.

All in all, we would definitely return.

Amazing experience. The staff are courteous and go out of their way to serve.
Stayed here with my wife in a luxury room with its own balcony and jacuzzi.
Rooms were cleaned daily and adequately.
The hotel though is situated a few miles away from the nearest beach. Oludeniz a resort town and therefore devoid of big city facilities. The nearest city if Fethiye with its famous Tuesday market and you can even find a mall in the central area.
In terms of food, quite repetitive but a lot of variety.
Overall, a great experience and would recommend.

Just came back from our 10 day holiday with my 2 children and it's one of the best holidays we have had. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful, my 2 children loved the entertainer team they went above and beyond for my 2 and they joined in in all the activities and had a laugh. Big shout out to entertainment men who everyday came and chatted to us.
The waterpark was brilliant we enjoyed it, we went out alot to both towns and enjoyed the evenings there.
Overall a great holiday would definitely go back.

firstly this holiday wouldnt of been what it was if it wasnt for iiayda cankaya... sorted out our upgrade even though it was a tricky process for the both of us they worked hard and put up with my constant mithering emails to deliver my family the best service. went over and above so thank you so so much.. staff were amazing no matter what role they were in and gave us the best service. loved the swim up room and loved the food ,,, restuarant staff were fantastic always wanting to help and we shared many fun conversations with them trying to teach us turkish .. short taxi to the village which was straight from hotel was fab .. water park my daughter loved and also the slides and snack bar in main hotel.. room always cleaned when we put the sign on and anything we needed was there in minutes .. looking forward to returning in 2024 thank you

My cousin and i were there for four days in the middle of July. For four days we had too much fun as two men eventhough i might say this is a family hotel or perhaps for new couples. However for both relaxing and having good time, this hotel could suit you with wonderful views and many oppurtunities (Aquapark, Gym, Dance shows, Disco...).
Foods were delicious and varied. As a Turk I could say Turkish foods were really good and of course other international ones too. Service was quite nice. Servants were kind. On the other hand rooms were particularly were smaller than i thought. We were staying in standart room with the sea view. Anyway as long as i sleep comfortably and in a room with AC, i'm fine with it.
During our vacation there were a lot of British people in the hotel and Turks were few. I enjoyed holiday with them by getting to know some new people but also that incident hurted me. We felt like a foreigner in our country, but we felt better as we showed our hospitality and great culture.

Hands down the best hotel we have stayed in, the staff could not be more welcoming and happy to see you Orham in the restaurant made every meal time enjoyable and is a lovely guy.
Yigit, Berk, Semi and the whole entertainment team do an amazing job including all age groups in their activities constantly smiling and happy to see you and each other they seem genuinely happy to be working there and love their jobs.

Only downside was the room cleans we went multiple days with no room clean even when we put the light on on our room to ask for a clean the toiletries were not topped up once and there were other guests who had the same problem with their toilet roll and had to go to reception to ask. Another guest at the pool heard me and my partner talking about it and said the cleaners only cleaned their room if they left money on the bed same with other guests so you have to pay the cleaners to do their jobs it would seem.

Rest of the hotel facilities, staff, food, location all spot on cannot fault! Missing the place already will definitely go back

Stayed at Orka Sunlife for one week 6th June 2023. This hotel has amazing views if you get the sea view room, steps are a pain ,but all staff including Berk from the entertainment team and Elvis off the 24 hour bar are all amazing. The rooms are so clean and the food is lovely. The staff in the restaurant always look after you. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal location between Hisaronu and Oludeniz very cheap in a taxi and only a few minutes drive. Perfect 🥰

We returned from orka sunlife 3 days ago and was amazed by how different it was from last year.. The rooms were cleaned daily, beds were changed every day.. The restaurant team were amazing.. Also I would like to say all the entertainment team were amazing.. A big thank you to erhan for giving us great advice with things to do he also got everyone involved and it was a pleasure to play water polo with him. He was such a laugh.

One of the best we've been to in Turkey. Staff, rooms, location, views, activities, food, everything 10/10.
Reception lady called Merve and Asli helped us change our room to a view we preferred free of charge. Well pleased throughout, kids loved it as well. Close to all local activities, tours and shopping centres.

Beautiful hotel stunning views. Friendly staff and guests. Could not fault any of it. Just stunningly perfect..
The entertainment team were fab. The 3 lads savas, yigit and erhan were fantastic.. not just with the kids but adults too. Very well mannered and hardworkers.
Infact all staff were hardworking. Phenomenal holiday, highly recommend

Wonderful hotel to visit. Very clean and modern. Staff is always happy to help and very friendly. Food and drinks are great and barmen are always ready to fullfill your wishes. But the best is Animation team - all of them work hard to make customers happy. Night shows are amazing and all day entertainment is great too. Will miss these guys so much - I cant even describe it. Villas are great - very private and should be very good for families with children. Thanks for everyone at the hotel for making our holidays wonderful! Big kisses from Lithuania. 💟

Spent five nights with my spouse...in September, great location to relax in the resort...the guys @ the reception were very friendly and professional, checking in was straight forward. Restaurant and food, servers...were great smiling and very organized. Great food selection, food, salads and pastery. Patios and pools are clean. Surrounded by hills and the sea in front and the town of Oludeniz below is magnificent. Entrainment and music and shows for adults and kids, involvement of the kids in the shows... Special thanks to Bushra and Aseel...for making our days and nights entertaining with your 🎵 selections...we really enjoyed the conversation. For housekeeping a lot more to be desired to be in line with the rest of the departments. I forgot to mention the spa ...yes we got the full package and were very 😎...and happy 😊 thank you Max for explaining everything. All in all very relaxing 5 days.

Just come back from a 10 day holiday and I have to say that we couldn't fault the hotel in any way. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The food was excellent. ( I am a fussy eater but there wasn't a mealtime where I couldn't find something to eat ) The rooms were small but as there was so much to do we didn't spend a lot of time in ours. We got to know quit a few of the staff and hope we will see them next year as we are certainly going to book this hotel again.

Really pleasant stay and amazing staff. They cooperate together to make sure guests get all they needs. We felt home and enjoyed the vacation me and my family. The entertaining programs and fun and involve all family members parents and kids. I will surely recommend to my friends and family and I wish to visit the place again.

Amazing resort - stayed for 4 days with the lads. Entertainment team always cheerful & very welcoming , always good vibes.

Definitely had a good stay. To summarise a good hotel to stay at, food was good, service great. Really nice hotel. Would recommend to any of my friends and family. More suited to family and couples of any ages. Not really suited to groups of guys looking for a party. Spa area was fantastic and they have barber/hairdresser on site. The only downside or upside depending which way you look at it, was that the hotel is an hour away by transfer, and on top of a steep hill. You have to pay5-10 pounds to get anywhere habituated. Though as its on a mountain you have a great view of Oludeniz and the beach there.

The best family holiday we could have hoped for. The staff were brilliant with us and our little one. So much fuss and attention. Place is modern clean and superb. Food choice has something for everyone - and always leave room for the deserts!!!

Best Hotel we have ever stayed in. Beautiful surroundings, amazing food and drink. Stunning rooms and views. Honestly can't say a bad word, getting the holiday blues already just thinking about it lol. Can't wait to return

Just returned after 11 fantastic days at Orca Sunlife had a great time with no problems whatsoever all the staff and facilities were great, a special mention must go to Halil who was our barman at the Villa's he was exceptional and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect.
