Sunshine Holiday Resort Otel

Wonderful hotel, great staff and a beautiful location.

Stayed here for a week with family. Can't fault it.

The food is excellent and there's always a good amount of choice. But as they cater for many nationalities, especially Turkish, don't expect a full English and shepherd's pie. The spicy breakfast scramble they served was a revelation!

The staff were all terrific! Friendly, helpful and fun. I will add that we're a very polite family and thanked them each time they cleared a plate and joked about with them too.

The location is away from the hustle and bustle and set at the foot of the mountains. The view from the pool is incredible. However it's only a 10-15 minute walk to the main street where buses run every 10 minutes.

Last but definitely not least Sara the receptionist. She was so incredibly helpful and her English is excellent. Anytime there was an issue Sara made sure it was quickly resolved and always followed up. One night our 6 month old daughter soiled the blanket and I had to ask for a replacement. 10 minutes later Sara phoned the room to see if we had it yet. We didn't and she promised to get it sorted asap. A few minutes later the blanket arrived and 5 minutes after that Sara phoned again to make sure it was done and to see if we needed anything else. Absolutely wonderful service, I wasn't that well looked after in Vegas.

I have read some of the negative reviews, I would say if you aren't the type to let a few small things ruin your entire holiday then you'll love it here.
And if you are the type where one bad thing ruins everything for you then you probably won't be happy anywhere.

Great holiday and entertainment, my 3 boys had an amazing time here. The staff were amazing my boys loved the restaurant crew, super friendly. Food was great paid for it when I got back to the UK 😅😅, lots to choose from salad bar was great also. Will definitely go back, thank you sunshine holiday resort 💛 ✨.
The spa was amazing too I had bronzer package, my skin felt brand new my dry face was so smooth and soft really did give me confidence I felt amazing 🥰.
We also met alot of lovely families here, was nice to see them also enjoying the holiday.
The cleaners were very friendly one in particular was cleaning our room she was very sweet and put all her effort even down to the little details, her name was hiki I think.
All the staff work very hard and are pukka 👌 they are funny and friendly (yous did an amazing job).

If you love cats, take some cat treat/toys there Were about 7 little ones who you'd see having a stroll they were so cute and made me miss my cats 🥰. (I think the cats live in the houses over the road) not sure.

Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality at Sunshine Holiday Resort

We had an exceptional stay at Sunshine Holiday Resort. Everything was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team was very kind and worked diligently. The room was spotless, and the pillows seemed brand new.

We enjoyed the best 7 nights, and even after checking out, we were allowed to stay for an additional 8 hours until our flight, with full access to food and drinks as usual. The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, thanks to the excellent work of the restaurant staff and chefs.

The hotel offers uniquely beautiful views, with stunning mountains and incredible sunsets that made our stay even more memorable.

Special thanks to the restaurant manager Muhammad (Mehmet). Additional gratitude to Ozzy, who was always around to help whenever needed. And thanks to Serjey for his kind attitude and care towards the guests.

Your exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We will always remember you and hope to see you again next year!

From the moment we got here the staff and service were amazing! Dilan was a great host and so helpful and friendly. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The pools were great and my 11 year old had a fabulous time in the pool.

What can i say just had 2 weeks all inclusive, Breakfast found plenty i liked to eat and tried some new things as well, didn't each lunch as they had a snack bar burgers, chips, small salad and pasta, dinner changed every day again plenty to choose from, tried new foods again found plenty to eat, the staff were friendly helpful and even learned the kids names by day 3 which keeps the kids happy, room cleaned nearly every day (2 days they didn't as we were in there) Room was fine balcony small but we could sit out there, entertainment very good, kids club for younger kids out of the sun as well which was handy, our youngest loved Betty in there, Bar staff were lovely and chatty even when busy, do a lovely Turkish bath and massage, reception were helpful, lovely location a little away from the shops would recommend taxi back as all uphill but a shop on site also for some small things, pools clean, toilets clean, restaurant clean, will 100% go back with the kids we and they all loved it, will leave feedback on Facebook with photos as i can personally say i didn't agree with some of the negative feedback on there

Very clean food excellent. Adapted for disabled but now mobility. Very steep slopes

Please don't listen to the reviews the place is great amazing staff you have to remember you get what your paying for don't exspect a 6 star hotel, I couldn't say a bad thing about the place and I'm very strate up about places . And I have even booked it agen for 2 months time, if you get the chance upgrade to the swim up rooms they are amazing your own pool outside your room.

tbh it was the one of the best hotels i ever seen. the staff, food and the swiming pools were also awesome. the rooms were clean and the stafs were kind and i love the snoopy disco thing thanks for the everything!

Staff from cleaners to management couldn't do enough for us great stay they made it a great stay especially those in the food Hall thanks for a great holiday from all 16 of us .Big boss Mark.lol

The staff are very friendly cant do enough for you. Food is lovely just remember you on holiday in Turkey. Not England!! Rooms and complex really clean. My only complaint would be they don't do ice cream in the all inclusive. Lucky enough we had no children with us

Loved it, close to beach, free taxi service to beach, 3 swimming pools, great foods and i would love to go back there again

Not the best hotel I have stayed but it was super clean, Aysun cleaned our room every day and made it look very pretty and different each day. Staff are lovely, Food, don't expect English breakfast and roast dinner, this is Turkey but there was plenty of choice. Pool was superb and people are cleaning the area constantly

Was good ....entertainment in the day is zero so gets a bit boring ...all inclusive drinks are in tiny cups so your up every 2 seconds for a drink was ok staff friendly rooms had everything just expected bit more of an atmosphere people felt down as nothing to do in the day

We came from Dubai and we enjoy our visit to this hotel a lot. Staff super friendly especially Mr. Yaser. Rooms are clean, some of our rooms have almost private swimming pool, so we enjoy swimming a lot. Food is very delicious and clean. We did parachuting which is very near and totally perfect

All the staff are respectful and kind. We thought it would be a normal hotel with normal food. But the service and food were at the level of a five-star hotel.

Really great place to spent your holidays, especially if you have kids. There are speacial swimming pool for little ones,as well biger swimming poll with slides. All staff members were amazing, service and attention to details were superb. Also staff treated our kid so special;)He had most attention from all staff trough our stay there;)

It's unbelievable how nice this place was for the money. Food was fresh, tasty and varied every day. All the pool areas were kept very clean and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful all week. Special mention to the resort spa, as that was ludicrously good value for money and the staff there were wonderful to us.

Wonderful staff as always. My room was cleaned daily, good selection of food in the restaurant. The new water slide is a great addition to the hotel. Great atmosphere , especially at night.

Very Delighted of the service we received, booked our stay for 2 weeks, in which we was provided food and drinks every day at almost all hours, and room cleaning was done perfectly every single day. and finally the members of staff do manage to keep the hotel lively and fun for you.
