went to buy platinum wedding rings for my wedding next year, gave them my engagement ring wich is worth £1750 and is a Mappin and Web ring with the royal stamps inside, they wanted my engagement ring to to shape my wedding ring to it and I told them I didn't want my engagement ring touched! Collected it back to find my royal stamps had gone ALL OFF THEM! Took my engagement ring to another shop for them too look at and it turns out they have cut out my royal stamps (can clearly see the cut Mark's) and it's a completely different colour of platinum ! They have tampered with a very expensive ring when they shouldn't!!! Do not trust or go there , they are very rude and feed lie after lie. I dont want anyone else to be scammed with and really would advise no one to step foot in there.
