Beautiful scenery, great food, and great cocktails. Dj had my friends and I dancing the entire night. The staffs were very welcoming and professional. 5/5 will recommend

Jae Funk is a really nice beach for sunset party. We came over with a taxi like many other tourists and enjoyed a cold drink on the beach. There was a really cool dance show and great music

Great spot for food and drinks. It’s a bit of a drive on a bumpy road by scooter to get there but worth it. At sunset they have a big fire and party. Busses of people get dropped off here because of the amazing sunset views.

We were here for Sunset experience and we had a great one. there was a acrobatic show during sunset , Jet ski ride for water adventure, Nice music and long beachline to walk and njoy the peaceful atmosphere. Water is silent and good for swimming.

This has been our best accommodation and location during our time in Zanzibar. We met nice people and had a lot of fun even if the weather was bad for one day. The hut is very nice and you have a view to palm trees and the sea. The food is great. The staff and manager super kind!!! Thanks for the great time.

Our stay at Kae Funk was magical. If you are looking for the most beautiful beach, the most peaceful experience, this is definitely the place to be. We wished we had stayed longer.
Everyone at Kae Funk is friendly, helpful and chilled. We welcomed with the most delicious fresh juice and our banda (room) was more beautiful than we imagined. Very private and with beautiful views.
The food at the restaurant was the best we had in the entire island. Fresh grilled seafood, salad and curries. The breakfast was excellent. Lovely fruit salad, eggs, jam, toast, tea & coffee.
The common spaces are really well set, with hammock, swings and lounges. Every aspect of the place was perfect with excellent facilities.
The beach is the most beautiful we have been to in Zanzibar. The water warm, no waves and the sand is soft like cream. Morning beach runs are great too. The beach is all to yourself since Michamvi is not overcrowded with tourists.
Overall, one of the most magical days we had in Zanzibar!

Great and relaxed place. Nice authenic cabins, close to the beach. All the staff is super lovely. Prices are a bit high for that what is offered, but hey its at the far end of Sanzibar (still, please work on the breakfast!). Would love to come back any time.

Cool place for sunset drinks and stroll on the beach. For those who like peace and quiet, it might be great to stay a night as it is rather secluded. There is an entrance fee to get it but you get a free drink in return.

the Water lever is mostly low makes you lie on it while enjoying your day or sunset, super wide beach view, nice sunset to experience from the East coast,
Bar and the music with the local acrobatic performance is another flavour to have from Kae funk beach.

Things to know before you be at this place.
..Have enough money if you wanna spend much in drinking and eating. Prices are average.
..You can go with private vehicle or have a tax to send you at this place then a driver can wait for you or you can get another tax once you ask people from the bar to organize a tax for you from the near village.
..Best time to be is either in the morning when sun rises to mid day, or in the evening mostly favored for the sunset vibes, drum dance and beach fire.

I stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every minutes of it. The beach at the front of Kae Funk is just to die for, no one else except us. Magical sunset too. Elizma who runs this place is soooo sweet and welcoming us like good friends, we were looked after. She even organised surprise birthday dessert and singing by all the staff to my friend. So thoughtful! I would come back again anytime and stay longer.
