Just bought a new bed here. Ultra Plush Queen Size Pillow Top to be exact... and the whole experience was wonderful! I believe my salesman was Michael O. He was great, friendly, talkative without being too much, and offered several options to pay. Delivery was in 2 days AND those guys were AWESOME as well. It was hot as hell but they delivered and set up within 15 minutes and I sent them out with a few sodas. It was also the best pricing around! I went to several places before The Weekend (including Bob's) and this place won... they made spending an immense amount of money less painful.

Highly recommend for all your furniture needs, the customer service is amazing with focus on 100% customer satisfaction! We worked with Andre during our visit, he was patient, provided great information and helped when items selected were out of stock. He helped us purchase a floor model ( table) at a discounted price. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

We had a small issue once items were delivered, something I should have caught at time of purchase but was missed. I called and spoke to John, ( asked for a manager) I was not expecting my issue to be handled as promptly and courteous as it was. Not only did they correct the issue, I had my box springs within days.

I compliment both Andre and John for the excellence in customer service they both provided. You do not find this level of customer service just any where, great company with great staff!

A friend told me about Weekends Only and I included them when visiting furniture stores in the area. The couch was the most comfortable and the kitchen table was hundreds of dollars less than the identical one at Ashley’s! I’m very pleased with the products and can’t wait for them to be delivered! The salesmen do not work with commission so there was no pressure when shopping. I recommend this store wholeheartedly!

My first time there and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was polite and friendly. Our sales associate Kim was very helpful and he allowed us to browse without breathing down our neck. I don't like pushy sales people. They aren't paid on commission here, so they allow you the space you need to make a decision. My selection won't be available until February so I can't review the delivery process yet.

Best salesman I have worked with. I went in about 3 weeks ago just price checking furniture and was approached by a really friendly salesman. We got talking for a few minutes and he mentioned that they were not paid commission so they dont push you to buy things like other stores do. Well I went to a couple other stores in the area and dealt with the worst salesmen ever.

Today I went back to weekends only (which is funny because they are open on Fridays too) and the sales person I was talking to even remembered me from weeks ago. This store has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Enough about the sales people, let's review the furniture. I have never been one to fall for the whole "this item costs $1200, BUT IT'S ON SALE FOR ONLY $799" thing. From what I heard this store buys literal shipping containers of just 1 item at discounted prices so that's how they can sell them at a cheaper rate. I'm not sure if some of the items cost $1200 anywhere, but $799 is a good deal for what you're buying so I am happy with their prices.

The quality is on par with every other major store because they are selling most of the same products.

TL;DR I had a great experience, I got great furniture for a good price. They will continue to have my business.

Big selection to choose from, a lot of items IN STOCK which is HUGE right now. Very helpful service without a pushy salesperson. AND to complete the great experience the prices are very competitive.

Great selection of nice affordable furniture. Alfred at the Castleton store, was a great help to us! The sales associates were helpful, but not pushy at all! Love the dining set with corner benches and chairs we got! Love that the delivery fee was based on total sale amount. Check out process was easy and efficient. I highly recommend this store. 😊

My wife and I just came into the store today and we were blown away by the amazing deals and prices for such high quality furniture. Aside from the impressive product, the team members walking around the store were dedicated to assisting any person who was looking at furniture. The customer service was not oppressive, but rather, a healthy level of consistency and high level of interest from the store employees to help in any way they could.

My wife and I found a set that we were both highly satisfied with and the total time we spent there, including the time we spoke with customer service reps and choosing a new bed set, was just a hair over an hour! We loved it since other furniture stores in the area are only interested in showing you furniture that will assist with their commission (Weekends Only employees are commission free). 10/10 would recommend for anyone searching for a dedicated furniture retail space.

Went to purchase a Leather loveseat and recliner. Salesman was not pushy at all. Listen for my needs made a couple suggestions on others for comparison. Was prompt and friendly on availability, once my decision was made he was very knowledgeable on finalizing sale.

We went out looking for a sectional, we went to every furniture place in town and the prices were offensive while the staff were lazy and ignored us or stalked us creepily. Weekends only we found Clark, he was knowledgeable, personable and the best salesman I've dealt with in a long time.

We ended up getting our sectional here because of price and the service level, it was an amazing experience from start to finish and we will be back for sure!

Buying at Weekends Only is so stress free. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. They are also very patient as my husband and I were between two beds and making our decision took some time. Our Sales Clerk was patient and gave us space. Once we were able to make our decision, the process to purchase was quick and smooth. This wasn’t our first time purchasing from Weekends Only and it won’t be our last!

Working with both Rondall and then Mike at Weekends Only on the two occasions we went to shop for furniture for our new house was a great experience. They were both friendly and knowledgeable and helped us when we needed while also giving us space to shop on our own without hovering. We’re looking forward to returning for our future furniture needs!

We also had a great experience with the delivery services that Weekends Only recommended from “Always on the Move” - Steven and Aaron delivered next day and at such a reasonable cost. When they delivered, they were also friendly and helpful while also professional. We were so grateful they made themselves available so quickly to deliver what was a very large order, too!

We just completed a purchase and enjoyed only the most pleasant of experiences. The associate who helped us was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in checking availability of pieces we liked. The prices are good and the showroom is spacious and easy to find and compare pieces. With prices very clearly marked, our decision making was easy. We will definitely consider Weekends Only for any future purchases.

There was no pressure at this store. No one followed me around suggesting things I might like that I don’t need. I was free to browse at my own pace. When I needed help, someone saw me walking around with a tag in my hand and offered help almost immediately. The employees were very nice and appreciative of my business even though I only purchased something cheap from the clearance section. Great experience.

I absolutely love my new bed and couch. I can comfortably sleep on both ( haha) prices were reasonable and Allen the sales guy was terrific, patient, and knowledgeable. Allen is the reason I kept them at 5 stars...the rest of the sales team were a bit arrogant and evidently did not need any commission money
Overall good experience. Beware the contracter delivers, but doesnt help set up. Stay woke!

I had been looking for some outdoor ottomans online, just happened to stop in Weekend Only and they had two in the Scratch and Dent section that were very similar to what I saw online, the only thing wrong was each on was missing a button that holds the pillow to the seat. The salesperson was able to give me a really good price and I was able to take them with me, so I avoided the increase pricing, shipping, and two week delivery that I would have endured with the online purchase

From the time we stepped in the door there was no pressure to purchase anything. The lady that did end up helping us didn't hover and kept checking back with us to see if we needed help. After shopping at multiple other furniture stores, this store by far had the better deals. I was informed it's because they sell discontinued items, and to me it is worth it. We saved over $1500. Definitely worth looking at what they offer!

The showroom was fairly empty but the sales person reminded us of shipping delays and difficulties due to Covid-19. We found a couch that looked so much prettier than the picture on the website. It is comfortable and the fabric seems durable and "usable" for ourselves and our family including four, young wild and crazy grandchildren. The saleswoman approached us right away and offered assistance but was not overbearing. She answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable and friendly and 30 minutes later we walked out the owners of a new couch. It needs to be shipped from St. Louis, will be in Indianapolis tomorrow and we can wait till its convenient to pick it up!

Got a great deal on a sectional couch that I really liked. The staff is friendly and I really liked how nice and organized the warehouse was and how each section of the warehouse was labeled with huge signs so I knew exactly where to go. My friend actually recommended this place to me and I'm glad she did. I cant wait until we get our new couch delivered to our new home. I am so excited about it.
