Swan Lake Estates

We moved here last summer. The lake is beautiful. They are working hard to make this a beautiful community, it has come a long way from what it used to be. Changes take time but you can see from all the new mobile homes that it is happening. The owners and managers are very friendly and helpful. I would encourage you to move here. I do love the fact that you are out of the city. Everything you need is in smaller towns within 10 miles.

We moved here a few months ago. We love the lake with the Geese. Everyone has been very nice to us. Management, and the owner, are good people. Park is clean. Also a quiet, place. You see deer coming through. You may fish in the lake. There are big ones in there, waiting to be caught. There's a speeding rule, 15 miles a hour, which will keep everyone safe. We like to walk our dogs, and that keeps them safe. You should check it out. We are happy 😊. My absolute favorite is living out of the city. It is country living, for sure. And it being so quiet. I don't ever see trash. It's been windy for awhile, so If I see something that has blowed in. I will pick it up, in my yard, or the street. You have towns close enough to run to the store, or to get what ever you need. That's convenient, but your still in smaller towns, so it's not so overwhelming with heavy traffic. I'm staying here for the new future improvements coming. It will eventually be the park, everyone will want to live in. Patience, for new things to come.

I've lived here since September and the property management here is absolutely amazing. They are extremely supportive and understanding, built a community with a safe environment, and are extremely helpful when you need it. I couldn't have chose a better place to have moved to. I'll recommend them to anyone who's looking for a home and community. Randall is extremely kind and always willing to answer your questions and help. Eleanor is knowledgeable and very friendly. She makes sure you're comfortable in your home and is happy to assist with getting services set up from water to repair work.

Eleanor and Randall have been very helpful and accommodating to make us feel welcome here. It's beautiful and quiet next to a lake that you can fish in. I'm very happy and excited to live here with my family. Thank you so much. I can see all of the positive changes this place has made.

Elenor and Randall are top notch people. They went out of their way to make sure we found the perfect fit and a home that would suit all of our needs. Elenor was very fair and reasonable on the pricing of our mobile home. While Elenor does live in another state she made the whole process very easy.
Randall stopped in one evening and surprised us all with home warming gifts. Which I thought was very sweet and kind. Something he absolutely did not have to do. And the gifts were all lovely!
If you’re looking to get away from the fast pace of city life and get that country feel this is the place for your family. They have a nice stocked private lake to enjoy fishing or to just relax and enjoy. The park is QUIET, CLEAN, and SAFE I cannot stress these three points enough!! They do not allow through traffic which is truly a breath of fresh air. Going from an insanely busy neighborhood to just your neighbor driving past occasionally is nice. They also have a mandated speed limit that they enforce through the park. It truly is the perfect place to raise a family!!!

We have lived here for a little over a month and absolutely love it here. This place is well kept up and very quiet and peaceful. We absolutely love our home and it is a beautiful place to call home. Process was very fast and easy with Eleanor and the management team is excellent and always lovely and polite.

Seemed well kept up I sell and lase storage sheeds and outdoor bhildings the qere very accommodating a nd I look forward to setting up more of there residents with buildings foe there storage needs

If you’re looking for a quiet, safe place where you won’t be bothered, this is the place to go. Great area to raise kids in. Didn’t lock my car for over a year and never had anything stolen. Some trailers are a lil old yes, however, the upkeep on park itself was satisfactory. The newest management and owner are spot on meeting needs and listening to concerns. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you. If you pay your dues, mind your business and be courteous to your neighbors, you will never have any issues.

I have been here a little over a year and taken over as manager.
Eleanor insists that we keep everything clean and picked up.
We do home maintenance repair list all the time.
This is a work in progress, but it is looking fantastic compared to what it looked like when I lived here in 2016.
We have a lot more upgrades coming.

We have lived here for a few months now and absolutely love it! It’s quiet, the park is clean, and management is just all around wonderful. Randal and Elanor are super nice and have helped with anything and everything we have needed. All around a great place to raise our boys for sure!

I am new to Swan Lake Estates and I am really happy here. Management has been very kind and helpful. The whole process of of completing the application online was quick and easy. And all of my questions were answered promptly. This park is very clean and quiet. I feel safe living here and I am looking forward to Spring when everything is "leafing and blooming".

While I am not a resident at Swan Lake Estates, I do have a family member that has lived there for a very long time and I do visit for extended periods of time. The current management company, OMT Parks has done a wonderful job of making this a safe and respectable park! They are in the middle of making major repairs and updates to the road infrastructure at the park and making sure that folks are keeping up with their maintenance (all while offering assistance to those struggling to handle big jobs and small on their own). The park manager, Randall, has gone out of his way to help my brother out...no matter how much prodding it took. I am really looking forward to the pond restoration project that is kicking off this spring/summer and to meeting new families that are making this their home!!!

Swan Lake Estates are really doing everything they can to rebuild a safe and quiet community with zero tolerance for neglect and crime. The management team are very friendly and welcoming. We are loving our new home here and look forward to our future with this new community

Very quiet and everyone kind of stays to themselves. Randle, the park manager, has been incredibly helpful with first home experiences and has always been understanding and worked with us. All around, it’s a very nice place to live.

I really enjoy my home at Swan Lake Estates ,keep up the good works !

Management has been cleaning house the last few weeks. The undesirable and druggies are all but gone and the park is a lot cleaner, quieter and looks empty. Now to find some nice new neighbors to move in.

My son was there for 18 years it's okay it's good not a lot of trouble and it's real quiet
