The Big Biscuit

Well I can see why midwesterners are so fat! (hey I was raised in Chicago, I'm allowed to say that).

My hotel breakfast was so horrible that I walked 1/2 mile to get here. It was a risk for a GF eater. But they are more than just biscuits. The waitress told me I could substitute a fruit cup for the biscuit that my omelet comes with. That was a great suggestion, and the fruit was delicious. However, don't call it a "substitution" if the customer gets charged extra for it. So they lost one star for that.

Visited around 11:30 today and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our server,Sam, was attentive and had a fun personality- she overheard we were celebrating our friends' bday and surprised all of us with a bday song. Very thoughtful. The food was great! I had THE BOSS TOM in a wrap in-place of bread- deliciouso! Highly recommend. As many times as I've been to the Big Biscuit, various locations, it does not disappoint.

My wife and I have become regulars here at the Blue Springs location. The service and atmosphere are always over the top. This is an amazing example of what any food establishment should strive to be. The entire crew is amazing, special shout out to Maddison and Laura for their customer service!

This is our favorite spot for breakfast. Great food and the staff are friendly. I have tried alot of their dishes and they were all exceptional. This is not a recommendation, just thrown out there cause my favorite thing to cook is breakfast so it's hard for me to find somewhere that I like. The biscuits are amazing the the coffee is great and the pancakes are worth getting up and out the door for. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Always a great place. One of my favorite breakfast eateries. Staff is always professional, food is always good. Seating is usually quick, and environment is acceptable for any sort of breakfast gathering / mtg.

This place lived up to the hype. Got several items and everything was amazing. These biscuits are so good. Can't wait to come back and try other menu items.

Such fantastic food, and wonderful service! We felt so well cared for and the portion sizes were large but not overwhelming. Open a restaurant in Colorado so I can enjoy your food more!

Nice place. Service with a smile, good food too!!!. Sat down, no waiting. I had an omelet, she had same. Biscuits 'n gravy on the side, shared with my date.

BEST. BISCUITS AND GRAVY. EEEEEVER!!! My eggs were perfectly cooked…runny yolks and firm whites without being scorched. Justice our server was awesome. So gregarious and polite. She even listened to my husband and I talk about our recent travels without her eyes going glassy ; ) Can’t wait to pass this way again.

The service was wonderful and the food was awesome. The portions where sharable for the let me try your plate group. We will visit again some day.

The service was fantastic! The server was very attentive, friendly, and courteous. The food was every comfort carb lovers dream! If you don't try anything else try the cinnamon roll pancakes. They are sunshine sprinkled over a glistening ocean at sunset.

We were starving...this place never let's me down! Ended up trying the 3 Car Pile Up, let's say I didnt know what I was getting myself into! Our Server Jo was so nice and fun to have

Always great service and hot fresh food. Way to much food for one person but my Bulldogs love it when I get home.

Never fails there is always someone near the door to great you and quickly take your order food is great and service is alway fast and good

When I take road-trips or travel, I like to try restaurants that I don't have at home. I ordered a regular with TWO scrambled eggs. Ladies and Gentlemen, I believe this is enough for TWO people 🙂. So delicious. Great service. And very reasonably priced. If you are ever in KC, you really should stop by. I know I will again ❤.

They always have great food and fast service even when they are busy. The time I've had to wait, it never for very long.

This place is always so good. It has a diner vibe, and everyone is so friendly. And the food is great.

This is great! I suffer from nightmares sometimes, so there is no better way to spend a morning than getting tasty food after a bad night of sleep
