Total of 1 hour waiting for cabinet help and Jessica was worth the wait! Best cabinet help EVER!!! Been lots of places and this girl knew what she was doing.
So much knowledge and help.

Great prices! Bought my new tool box here and they beat the competitors prices by $200 for the exact same one! I usually hit the other big chain, just because it's closer, but if they're going to have prices this much better, then I will definitely be going out of my way to go there from now on. The staff were super friendly, but to be honest, most of the staff at the two big chains are always great and both are big Veteran and Former Military hiring companies, which is a big plus in my opinion! #RLTW

I always enjoy shopping at this lowes it's always someone helping around and the veteran parking spot is the cherry on top. Thank you for supporting our military. Home depot can take a lesson from you guys

Expressing my gratitude for Bruce in the Lowe's painting department is a bit challenging. Historically, my experiences with Lowe's paint department have been inconsistent, often involving guesswork.

Today, Bruce, a gentleman at this location, went beyond expectations. Without prompting, he offered assistance as I tried to match a stain for a newly purchased home. He not only came impressively close (97% accuracy, with the 3% difference attributed to my sanding skills), but also suggested additional products to address potential issues and scratches. Bruce even shared further tips on how to make the rest of the counters better (impressing my girlfriend even more).

I genuinely hope Lowe's acknowledges his exceptional service. Bruce, man to man, your help and sincere willingness mean a lot. Take care, and until next time, thank you!

These are the most wonderful people to deal with. I had a neughbjr destroyb5 times my plastic rdsun bird bath. The .manager of one department too a a bolt drilled a hike in my bird bath seaked it up pit the littkebbird sitting in a branch in the center bsck in place. Thars custimrr service EXTRAORDINAIRE! LOVE THIS PLACE!

My favorite employee is a veteran by the name of Ron. He is so helpful, goes out of his way to make every customer happy even when it’s something he doesn’t even need to do. He worked in lighting when I first met him looking for an outside light and now he does flooring which I will be needing soon! What I was there today for was insulation and needed it cut down to fit in my car, he went above and beyond to do that for me!!! Ron is my favorite employee at that store! It’s the reason I shop there! Thanks Ron!

Everybody at our local Lowe's store is very helpful. Anytime you need to find something if you don't know where it is, you have but to ask one of the kind hearted folks that will take you to the proper aisle. We spend a lot of money at Lowe's. I'm glad that they are helpful. Plus they give a discount to veterans

I wanted to give a shout out to Tyler M, I believe he’s a sales floor supervisor. We are working on a kitchen remodel and I made a mistake with our microwave. Tyler helped us make it right and turned a bad day into a good one. He was super efficient, professional and gracious. Praise the Lord for Tyler! It’s people like him that will keep me coming back to Lowe’s for my future purchases.

I'll go ahead and throw in five stars but the best way to put it is Lowe's will just never be a Home Depot

One of the best Pro Desks in KC area. Store is clean and well stocked. Been coming here for 20 years, and will keep coming back for my construction needs.

I like this store better than the one on Sterling and 40 Hwy, I like the employees, the location and the store is organized and somewhat clean. I had purchased JB Plastic Bonder and after reading the difference between it and Plastic Weld, I needed to return the Bonder and purchase the Plastic Weld, but they didn't have it, but neither did Menards, guess who does, Amazon

Products from Lowe's have generally been reliable for us. We visited this location just to do store pickup for an online order, which was a pretty speedy experience, and the staff were friendly and made the overall experience better. Many thanks to Becky!

Charles & Teddy were great!

Charles helped me short term in the plumbing section as it wasn't his section. He was fast to call someone to assist.
He was funny too! He said "well, I know enough about this section to get myself in trouble." I reassured him I knew nothing of this section and I am in trouble! We're in the same boat.

Teddy came on over , helped me through the the isles and suggested things I could to make my installation easier. He even saw I didn't have a basket but arms full of items and he took some and placed them in a bucket for me to carry through the store.
I'm a single mom of 5 and I made the comment to Teddy after he asked what I was planning on doing. I said "well, my husband left us in September 2022, so I'm fixing 6 months of broken promises." He cheered me on, encouraged me and told me I would be able to do this.

He wished me luck and I checked out to where I came upon a gentle and sweet elder cashier , I didn't catch her name but she was kind.

To be honest I have a credit card through home depot. I've been going there. But man , I've been their 2 times in the last 24 hours. And for one they don't have the service or the items I need! And the kids upfront are always on their phones!
It's so frustrating I get very little information out of them and their products don't match up to what I need.
Once I pay off my home depot I'm going to sign up for a lowes card here.
Keep the employees you have they are wonderful!

A memorial Day weekend I called at night and spoke with Ron about a lawn mower and items on sale for the lawn and he was so nice and went through everything for me. he told me to come in real early and I did and Mark was there and he helped me I told him everything wrong said and that he wouldn't be there but you know Mark or a couple other gentleman he named would be so just tell him everything. When everything didn't really go the way Ron said Mark went and spoke with someone and he got my order filled the way it was supposed to be and he helped me not only with that but also with plants and just all kinds of things and was very informative and helpful and I couldn't have appreciate it a sales representative any better than that I'm not sure if I've ever had one as good as this young man was because not only was the knowledgeable he cared.

Great hardware store with all kinds of home improvement supplies and equipment.

Lowe's let our Scouts learn business skills and raise money for Scout camp while the other place (Home D.....) would not let us. So if you want to make a decision on which one to spend money at, keep that in mind. Thanks Lowe's!

Gerald was at the self checkout 7-8-23 and wow. This gentleman literally made my whole week and reminded me what a big difference some tenderhearted kindness can do to a person. This guy has such love in his heart. Any employer should be eternally grateful to have him

Bought a new refrigerator and had great service. Will update when delivered and set-up.

Lowe's has many home improvement quality products, in stock. I like that you can usually find more than one option for the available products. I frequent the different locations, depending on the location nearest my residential repairs. I'm grateful for the special veterans appreciation shown through the 10% military discount and for the special designated front row veterans parking.

Great place to find DeWalt equipment and accessories. Employees very helpful and professional.
