SERC Physical Therapy

I wouldn't take my family or myself anywhere else for physical therapy. Asa and Ashley will listen to your concerns, evaluate your problem and find the best course of treatment for you. After my son hurt his backb and knee, Asa had him back up and wrestling in time for state. He was patient when working with him and listened to any concerns I had along the way.
After I sustained a serve ankle and foot injury, Asa and Ashley both took the time to help me understand my injury better and what to expect by the end of treatment. My recovery hasn't been easy, however they have continued to challenge me and help me work through the pain. They even found a changeling balance beam for the facility.
If your looking for top notch care and a place that isn't focusing on the money, SERC in Oak Grove is the place to go.

When nothing else was working, physical therapy was a last resort. I am so happy with the results! The staff is very friendly and Louis was great at listening to what I was experiencing so he could find the right course of treatment. Appreciate that they work to get you healed quickly. Would definitely recommend SERC Oak Grove.

The entire staff at SERC is excellent. Louis and Ashley are passionate knowledgeable professionals who care deeply for their patients. The staff works hard to get you back to prime health. They are diligent in working with you and your schedule. The staff also provides an upbeat atmosphere to help the patient work through their injury. I highly recommend this group.

I have been visiting SERC in Oak Grove, Mo for about 8 weeks for post shoulder surgery. Thanks to the staff, Louis and Stevie, I have regained full range of motion and am beginning strengthening exercises. My doctor was very happy at my progress. Louis' and Stevie's positive and fun attitude help the time pass quickly. The entire staff is very friendly and caring.

I injured my shoulder blades and neck. I have been seeing Dr Louis for a couple of weeks. He has been amazing! In the few visits I've had I now have range of motion back in my neck, I can move my arms with less pain than I've been able to in months. The personalized care and treatment they give you is top notch! I cannot say enough great things about this location. I would definitely recommend you to go for any physical therapy needs.

I am not usually a fan of physical therapy but I loved the atmosphere and attention to detail they have.
I noticed instant improvement and recovered faster then I expected. I will always use the Oak grove location now because of the staff and how friendly they are.

The first day I went I felt they cared. They messaged my back where I had the most pain. I pulled a mussel in my back after my first visit. When I went back a week later Louis found a great plan with less impact. He gave homework so I would only have to see him once a week.. The next week he had positive remarks about my progress at home., which made me more determined to push myself harder at home. After a few short weeks I had progressed to almost no pain and was able to continue at home. He told me anytime I had questions just to call. I would definitely recommend them!

Great experience from the start. After discussing the issue and goals, Louis developed, guided and encouraged me through the process. It was not always easy, but their support definitely helps keep you confident and motivated. I am very thankful for their help and would definitely recommend their services.

I spent several months at SERC receiving PT after foot and knee surgery. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and caring. Came in with shoulder pain and weakness. After five weeks of therapy with stevie and Louis I am back to my old self. I appreciate how each session was challenging and different. Felt like I was visiting family they were so nice. Definitely coming back if I need help again.

I was fortunate to be a student and get to work/learn from Louis at SERC of Oak Grove. He does a great job of listening to patients and ensuring their treatment is focused on their goals. He has a health focused philosophy that creates a positive atmosphere in the clinic and helps patients beyond their injury/surgery.

I have been bringing my Dad to SERC of Oak Grove for around 9 weeks to help get strength back in his legs and to improve his mobility. Kristin, Lewis and Stevie are always welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The decor is always festive which creates a welcoming environment and the place is always spotless. My dad receives top notch care here. I see how the staff works to get to know each person individually, meets them where they are physically and personality wise (my dad is a jokester) and helps them to feel comfortable. I would recommend SERC of OG to anyone needing to receive PT.

Was in an auto accident hurt my back, neck, and shoulder. After a few weeks of therapy on my back and neck I have no more pain or headaches. Now working on my shoulder I love this place. Louis and the staff are so great positive and friendly.

SERC has been a total positive experience for my mom both times that she has been there. They always have been so polite and show a great deal of care to her and truly give 110% to each patient. She is on a new road to having a fix knee and SERC has played a huge role in that. Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do.

After a tough stretch at work and In the garden I had some sharp shoulder, forearm, and elbow pain. Louis was quick to pin point the cause and give me exercises to releive my discomfort. From there he worked with me to build my strength back in my Arms and shoulders. I would highly recommend this location for all your physical therapy needs!

Nobody enjoys the thought of physical therapy, but Louis knows what he’s doing and took care of my pain in a couple weeks. He also was great with advice on what to do on my own so I don’t have future issues. I recommend SERC for sure!

I was referred to SERC by my physician to help combat chronic pain. It changed my life! Louis, my physical therapist, gave me exercises to do both at SERC and at home. I no longer have to have a wheelchair to shop! My pain is relieved (not gone, that would take surgery, but I can function much more normally and the pain is reduced. The best part about the whole experience was how it improved my outlook on life! I never thought much about physical therapy, but I am a changed person because of it.
