Excellent customer service, I left a message regarding my son was contacted back less than an hour gave me great advice. Thank you so much. Wish I would’ve gotten your name.

Let me start by explaining my son took a puff off someone else's jule on the bus.. Raquel the court clerk for children court explains how they give all children the same opportunity and the children court is to teach kids about the court system while young. She's was not lying. My son did everything asked of the court and Raquel still sent him to family court after I requested a call from the judge. I sent an email as required of his completed paperwork on 6/29, call Raquel on 7/1 left a message to confirm she received my email with no return call from her or the judge. Although judge Watson is very caring and I believe would reach out if she received the nessage. I called 7/2, 7/3 3 times, 7/5, 7/22 and emailed again in 7/22 with no response but a letter that she sent my son to family court for not completing what was required. Why are they teach my son how they harasse people as a child?

I called over the phone to inquire about someone I have a charge against the court clerk was more interested in getting me into their "system" than helping me about my case. Not helpful

This is way to difficult just to pay off a ticket, blue springs is way easier.
