I had a frame replacement. Literally. Add bodywork and paint—a significant project. Bill, Mike, and team were amazing throughout. Great work and even better people. Highly recommended!

Thank you for helping me with my flat this morning! So lucky the first place I could pull over was at Bills. Had one used tire in my size and was on my way to work in less than 30 minutes. Appreciate the life saving! Great guys!!

Spoke with the gentleman named Bill who might have been the owner who was a very nice gentleme. I was inquiring about repair on the passenger side door when I got hit by buck, I appreciated his honesty that I had to find a salvage door replacement. He even gave a few hard pulls on the metal around the door frame just so it wouldn't pop as bad when opening and closing the passenger door. That was very kind of him to do that while I try to find a door at a salvage yards.

Thank you bill.

Bill is a very nice and honest man. He's doing some work for me in a few days. So far so good. Thanks for your help figuring out what the problem was just by driving it. He told me the price upfront and even told me a worst case scenario. I will check back in when the work is done. Definitely a one stop shop. Tire repair and safety inspection as well as auto well I got great service and he was right on the money about what was wrong and I got my car back when promised. Top notch business

What a great experience and pleasure to do business with Bill!

My son was 8 hour from home when he was experiencing car problems. Bill was was very fair and treated my son like his own. The world needs more people like Bill.

Thanks again!

I came across Bill's by chance when I was caught out after work in the middle of nowhere with a tail light out. Weirdly, the ID number wasn't printed on the one I pulled, but just through a description of it, Bill was able to pull the right one from his inventory before I even got there.

I came back when I needed a headlight for a different car, and again when my check engine light came on during the drive to work, but my OBDII scanner was at home. And he even came to me with an amazing save when I locked my keys in the car, 44 miles from the spare set and no way to get them.

Every time I've gone to Bill's, he's not only knowledgeable, but kind and fair as well. As a woman, I've faced plenty of mechanics, auto parts shops, and even dealerships that treated me in a blatantly sexist and condescending way.

But not Bill.

When he realized I was handling my own maintenance and repairs, he was delighted I took such an interest and active involvement in caring for the vehicles I drive. When I stopped by to borrow his OBDII, he handed me a notepad a pen to jot down error codes, trusting my confidence and skill level without question. We even fit in conversation about our shared love of gardening when we're not talking bulb numbers and error codes.

When you arrive at Bill's, you may think the place doesn't look like much more than a packed lot and a garage, but when you step into his office, you'll see a picture prominently displayed on the wall right by his desk - his two beautiful daughters he openly shows love and pride for. If you catch his answering machine, you'll hear one of his daughters cheerfully explain that her dad can't get to the phone right now, but will be happy to get back to you. Beaming, Bill pointed to the picture one day I stopped by and said, "This is why I do this. I'll make sure you're never stuck."

I won't go anywhere else now that I've found Bill's - a good and honest mechanic is hard to come by, especially as a woman and working in the middle of nowhere. I've done my best to educate myself and RTFM as much as possible, but sometimes you need a specific part or more experienced look at things.

11/10, highly recommend as he is knowledgeable, fair (in price and treatment of customers), and passionate about what he does, as well as his lovely family he'll fondly bring up. Don't be discouraged if he's booked up for the week - Bill is definitely worth going to, and there's a reason his schedule is so full.

My car was having some issues and had to pull over on 50hwy, got a tow to this shop after talking to Bill him self on the phone. Great customer service, and bill and his crew relay know what they are doing! awesome benefit of this place is bill him self, as he seams to have a endless network of people he knows to get your parts asap. Also next door is a scrap yard so you might even have what you need right there. If you need any work at all I would suggest calling Bill and getting your self set up! Thank you guys for making a stressful break down turn into a stress free repair!!

Bill went above and beyond today helping me out stranded with a flat tire on 50 Highway. I didn't do business there but as for character I give this the best rating possible. THERE ARE good people in this world and Bill is one of them. Thank you again for the help Bill!

Courteous and thoughtful are not usually the words you'd expect to read about a mechanic, but that's exactly how I'd describe this one! Our experience was wonderful. He does great work and is good with people. Definitely won us over. We'll be using his services again.

We called this shop because our car broke down on the highway. We explained what happened and immediatly Bill knew the engine was blown. Instead of dragging us for an engine replacement, he told us our car likely had a re-call and to check with Kia.
His honesty saved us thousands in repairs. That really means alot, especially in these hard times.
If you are looking for an honest mechanic that you can trust to do the right thing, then choose this shop!

They were extremely kind and quick. They helped my brother and I when we really needed it. They didn't even charge us for the tire we needed because our mom and just died and my brother had to drive back to Ohio. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!! Thank you very much!!!!!

I won't ever go to any other mechanic in my life besides Bill. He works on "old" cars all the way up to the latest year of car. He finds ways to save you money, he hasn't charged me for several things such as a fog light that I needed replaced and he changed it got free. Most mechanics are just out to make money but he holds no secrets or bones about it and makes sure you get the best deal possible and I promise you he won't screw you over. He's not close to my house which is in Sugar Creek but he's worth the drive. Everyone has someone that knows more than them about cars but I can surely tell you no one offers better customer service than Bill.

Bill is very knowledgeable, friendly, personable and experienced in his craft. My car's engine failed. Threw a rod. Took it to dealer they wanted more than what the car was worth. I think they wanted to sell me a new car. Took the car to Bill he diagnosed it, found used engine. Replaced the engine, broken motor and transmission mounts, clogged catalytic converter and head gaskets. Labor cost and parts were far more reasonable than dealer which made the car worth keeping. It's now purring like a Cheetah as it did when new. Thanks Bill...

Bill is a friendly, helpful, no-nonsense gentleman. Bill was never condescending.
He was upfront about the time involved in repairing my car and offered some suggestions on preventing further animal-related damage to my car. That's right - animal-related damage. Two kittens had gotten under the hood of my car, and my dog and a neighbor's dog damaged the passenger-side fender and grill. They dented the fender and scratched the fender and grill. His estimate was within $200 of another estimate, so I was confident in his numbers.

After run in with a deer. Bill took great care of my truck. Kept me informed on progress and problems. Will return for my auto needs.

I would recommend Bill to everyone. A really honest guy. Won't do anything more than what's needed. He called to get a part for my car. The part ranged from $1,500 to $156 for the same part. He will do his best to find the lowest price.
