We had an AMAZING experience buying a used vehicle by using Rj! He had a vehicle posted for sale but had sold just before we called him. He then asked what we were looking for and a price we were looking at spending. This man went out of his way to find the vehicle we were looking for and in our price range WITHOUT EVER MEETING US IN PERSON!!! Not only did he put new tires and brakes on the vehicle but the detailing job was awesome! To say his want to help customers is “up to par” is an understatement! Like to say RJ was very cool to work with I bought my vehicle in 2018 had some work to do on it like all used vehicles but I must say I am still driving it 2011 Ford Expedition XLT got it at a great price also.

RJ made my car buying experience truly enjoyable, which is hard to come across with a lot of other dealerships. I had spent months looking for the right car, and every place I had been to was not nearly as easy going as Milestone. RJ was out of town and found a way to let me test drive the car so I could be sure it was exactly what I wanted and sold it to me for a good price! There isn't one negative thing I can say about my car buying experience at Milestone Auto Group. RJ went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied with the vehicle that I purchased from his lot. He's not in it to make a profit but rather to ensure his costumers are getting a quality vehicle and at a great price. It is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.

It's been almost a year since I bought my truck from RJ. He was fantastic to work with. The truck actually gave me some significant issues almost from the get-go. However, note this is a five-star review. RJ was as helpful as he could be throughout the process while I had multiple shops try to diagnose what was going on. RJ helped with a few of the repairs, helped line me up with other shops, and was always there to take a call or respond to a text when I had concerns. Even though the truck gave me some issues for the first several months, Milestone Auto still deserves a five star review because of the customer service. I eventually was able to get to the bottom of the issues, and now seem to have a really well operating truck that I feel I got a good deal on. I would recommend Milestone Auto to anyone, primarily for the customer service and for RJ being there to support me even when there were frustrating and confusing issues. I have no doubt my truck was a fluke, and that other vehicles sold our quality and a good value. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Ok this will be little lengthy post, but RJ deserves it. I am from Georgia (First customer he has had out of state) and I am a car fan particularly for well cared for Acura brand. I searched the entire nation to find that perfect car and my search ended up in Missouri, Grain Valley to be exact. So I started communicating with RJ over the phone and I instantly made a connection with him mainly over his professionalism and quick response. He had couple of repairs to do to the car and he was doing them properly with recommended fixes. Over the course of about one month until I was able to adjust my schedule so I could fly over, take a look at the car and possibly buy it and drive back. RJ and I were communicating as if we have known each other for a long time. Fast forward, once I arrive at his dealership, for me there was no need to even inspect the vehicle because it was way nicer then he had described it to me. I arrived on a Monday afternoon, did the paper work/paid the funds and had a cup of coffee. To me, who is a car enthusiast could not ask for any better experience. The car is awesome, lowest mileage 2004 Acura RL (65K) and pristine condition. Drove it back without any issues and I cannot be any happier with the experience I had with RJ. Will I buy again from RJ, absolutely and I recommend his family owned dealership to anyone looking for a nice, dependable and reasonably priced car then Milestone Auto Group is the place and RJ is the man you need to speak to. After having our family vehicle stolen we were dealing with the pain of losing our cherished van while also seeking a new replacement. After searching countless lots and being hounded by eager salesmen, my wife and I were pleased to finally have met RJ; he was super great to work with.
I called ahead of time to ensure I could come out and look at a vehicle and he was prompt and available to answer any questions while also giving us information both good and bad about the vehicle. He was willing to admit if he didn’t know something but also quick to say, “But we can figure it out.”
I recommend anyone to stop here first before looking anywhere else. RJ is fun to work with, easy going and takes the pain out of buying a new car.

RJ is very professional. I had been looking for a Highlander for a couple of years. It just so happened I googled and found exactly what I was looking for. Vehicles are not overpriced. I was looking for a Ford Ranger and was pleasantly surprised to have one pop up in my own neighborhood. I like to support local business whenever possible and will say that the guys at Milestone are honest, fair, and really worth the trip to beautiful downtown Grain Valley. They have a lot of nice vehicles, and would probably find you what you are looking for if they don't have it on hand. Seriously, good people. Give them a try.
