Great place. I love their more authentic items. Gorditas, papusas, huaraches de carne asada are my favorite. Regular crunch tacos are great too.

My boi Danny loved the food here, he got there Tacos de Tripitas & ate them up.
Not only did he like the food so much but the rest if our group to, from quesadillas to Pineapple fajitas it all was super delicious 😁😊😋
And staff will make this delicious Margarita not with tequila but with vodka and its great 😋

I'm Really hard to please when it comes to Mexican food and let me just say.... I'm impressed! It was worth over the hour drive and I would do it again! Our server was phenomenal as well!!

this place had the best Mexican food I have had since I lived in California. The chili verde is amazing. Great value for money too. Friendly service. I can't recommend enough.
Any time I pass by there again (we live 2 hours away), I'll make sure to plan a stop at this place

Great lunch specials. Good chips and salsa also. Steak fajitas are awesome.

First time eating there. Ordered the molcajete bowl. Food arrived in a sizzling giant lava rock pig head bowl with shrimp , chicken, beef, sausage, and more. Served with tortilla, beans, rice, sour cream, and cilantro. Absolutely delicious. Will be returning.

I love this local restaurant! Great service! Wonderful authentic options! They even have papusas and those are traditionally El Salvadorian! The service is great! It's never packed when we go, and for the life of me, I can't imagine why more people aren't eating here! I love it! It's local, close and fresh!

Absolutely fantastic authentic Mexican food flavors and dishes. The best I have had since moving back here from Las Vegas. They have some dishes that mix non-traditional with the authentic to appeal to our Midwestern taste buds, but they have some seriously great dishes. Service is A+, Alvaro was very personable and attentive. Really good margaritas and drink prices.

It was very sad to hear how badly they have been impacted by the pandemic. There is no reason not to come enjoy this restaurant, they have plenty of dining space, and they have a great happy hour with pretty stiff drinks. Support this locally owned restaurant! You deserve it!

Authentic Mexican food right here in the heart of Grain Valley. Food was excellent, from the tacos to the tamales to the Burrito Charro (yum)! Margaritas were top notch! Our waiter Alvaro not only had a great sense of humor, but he was also very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend you go support this local gem of an establishment.

So happy you were open during the COVID shut down. I stopped in and got a steak burrito. It was fantastic. When I stopped in there was only one guy there working, he was able to get my order quickly. I ate in my truck, food was hot, chips were crispy and the salsa was good. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you El Tequilazo for feeding me a good hot meal when I was hungry. Had a birthday party there last night with 15 people. Service was excellent, food was excellent and a great value. Check it out!

I love there food so much me and my family always go! They always get are order right. The waiters are amazing and always nice!! I love this place definitely the best Mexican place!
