Great company to work with! My home warranty assigned my plugged bathtub to them. It was a lot of work to get it flowing again. Russ and his assistant were prompt and professional. I would use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

Wanted to share my experience, since it seems to be different from many of the reviews here. I was assigned HomeMeister through our home warranty, and if I could give them six stars I would. They were here quickly, and understood the urgency of our issue. They were extremely helpful, informative, thorough and empathetic. Found our issue quickly, and explained our options to resolve it. Also helped us to identify an issue on the city's side, and provided guidance on how to go about getting them to fix it. I was so nervous about our plumbing problem, but all our anxieties were put to rest. Would absolutely call on them again for any future issues we have!

Outstanding service from start to finish. They went above and beyond fix multiple issues I had in my new home in a timely manner. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They provided clear explanations throughout the process and left the space spotless. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable plumbing solutions!

I had an excellent experience with HomeMeister. My home warranty had assigned a different plumber who never scheduled and HomeMeister were reassigned to my case. They contacted me right away, got me on the schedule within 2 days, were polite, professional, fixed the issues (leaking and stuck toilet shut off valves and a running toilet). Gave me good advice for taking care of the equipment going forward and cleaned up the area before they left. If I have plumbing issues again, these are the guys I will call.

Russ and Henrick are the best. Our home warranty sent them to us over a year ago and to solve a plumbing problem for us and we have used them ever since. Russ is always transparent about what is going on and has even taught my husband and I how to fix some things ourselves so we can save money by not needing to call for help! They have fixed pipes, renovated a bathroom, fixed a toilet leak, and are going to replace a water heater for us. They can do anything! They have a lot of integrity and are very honest.

HomeMeister is the truth! Very professional, punctual and knowledgeable! They had to come behind another company that didn’t know what they were doing and fixed my sink right away. Mario was super nice and I definitely recommend them!

This is the second time I have used this company and can't say enough about Aaron who has been here both times, OURSTANDING. As I said, professional, responsive and fun to be around. Takes the time to explain, provide options and is totally honest in his assessment and completion of a job. Don't bother looking at another company, don't waste your time. Thanks Aaron again, great job and great to see you again.
PS. I have no idea what the few bad reviews reflect other than some people, you can never please. Forget them, you'll never win!

They were great communicating with us. Responsive and kept us up to date on when hot water heater was in and could be installed. Had a minor leak on gas line and they came out on Friday evening at 8 PM to fix it. Went beyond usual plumbing companies service!

Great experience. Mario came out and was in and out very quickly and did a good job opening up my clog drain. Henrik really wanted to find me a time slot for my appointment so that I did not have to wait long and was great to work with. Definitely recommend this Plumbing Service.

He was timely, professional, and a great guy who found the problem quickly, and explained why it looked like the water heater was leaking. There were drips on the humidifier, but the water appeared to be coming from under the water heater. Thank you so much!

Great service! We booked them through our home warranty company. I appreciate the follow-up phone calls and immediate scheduling for installing a new garbage disposal. I highly recommend them and will use them again to install a new water heater.

We had them come out to look at a sump pump that was not working and ended up hiring them to replace all of our cast iron pipes with PVC drain lines as part of our basement renovation and they did an amazing job we’re on time, polite and communicated proactively every step of the way. Sump pump works and new drain lines installed 10/10 will use them again for our plumbing needs. Great company and group of professionals. Best in the city at what they do!

Hendrick fixed a couple issues in our home under our home warranty, and was flexible in scheduling both repairs around some remodeling we had going on. He always gave me a call to ensure I was home and was efficient and thorough in fixing our problems. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We were assigned HomeMeister through AHS for a garbage disposal claim. Russ came out and did a great job. He was very efficient and got us a new disposal installed same day. We were very happy with HomeMeister as not all AHS claims providers are created equal. Thank you!!

We have had lots of plumbing issues at this house and Hendrik has come to the rescue each time. He is friendly, professional, and quick! His business card is in a handy place because he has always gotten the job done and he has my business for life. I couldn’t recommend him more!!

The pipes leaked behind the wall of the tub in the guest bathroom. HomeMeiser LLC not only repaired the leaky pipes but dealt with the insurance to ensure a smooth process in getting the matter taken care of. They also repaired and updated the hot water line to the dishwasher so that we could update and remodel the kitchen. They wore masks, cleaned up after themselves, were very professional and got the job completed under the estimated time that was given.

Russ from HomeMeister was a wonderfully professional plumber, replacing our leaking toilet wax ring . He was prompt, very professional, respectful of our home and efficient. This company and this man deserve many praises.
