Awesome experience! I have NOTHING to complain about! The shower was clean, the room smelled good, the sheets were clean, and there was no sign of mold or anything of the sort! I really cannot recommend to this hotel enough! Great price and great service :)

Surprised! At a distance this looks like a typical run down 1970’s 80’s two story hotel. I pulled into the lot and it’s obvious the owners care about the place with the subtle landscaping and cleanliness. I received good service at the desk, and the lobby was clean and warm feeling. I opened the door to my room and was delighted to see a completely restored room! Very clean and crisp! I try to save a bit of money as I travel a lot. Sometimes on my dime others on the governments. This time it was on mine. The cleanliness was on par with Drury… and Drury is top notch! I also like how the room was decorated and the warm lighting. I will definitely be coming back. I feel like I absolutely got what I paid for.

My room looked exactly like their pictures. Clean and comfortable bedding. No breakfast (covid). Near 2 truck stops so expectations weren't high. Pleasantly surprised! Coffee in room. Large mini fridge. Everything updated. Even the grounds. Walmart across the street. I checked in at midnight and the guy who checked me in was pleasant and the office was clean. I stayed on a Thursday night and the cost of the room was $90 including tax. I had a room with King bed. Grounds clean of trash except cigarette butts. This stop is the half way point to see my granddaughter in Colorado Springs. I will tell others going that way to stop here. Highly recommend.

During a recent two week road trip we stayed at several cheap motels. This was by far the best. Very clean, comfortable bed with wonderfully squishy pillows, coffee maker in room, enough towels, soap and shampoo, fridge worked great (not always the case in the cheap places we stayed at). The property was nicely landscaped and the desk clerk was friendly and humorous. No smoking rooms available but it is convenient to step out onto the balcony if you want to smoke.

Had a great stay here! The beds were comfy, and the room was clean. I was very pleasantly surprised with the high water pressure for the shower. I would definitely stay here again!

Im a truck driver and appreciate the large well-lit parking lot for our rigs. The room was VERY clean and comfortable! Recently remodeled with updated appliances and decor. Bathroom was perfect. The owner was very friendly as well and you can tell he takes pride in his business. Keep up the good work!

The carpet and the bed/sheets were new, whole room was very clean! When I went to the room the TV wouldn't switch to cable, the manager came to my room and fixed the TV himself. Will gladly stay again!

Very happy with our stay. Our room was very clean and didn’t have any bad odors. The bathroom and shower was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a Walmart right across the road you can walk to if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The manager is friendly and helpfull but no nonsense at the same time. The rooms were clean and functional and the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. One thing I do have to criticize is the breakfast. Stop Being Cheap and using COVID as an excuse to not offer complimentary breakfast!! ALL The other hotels are back to serving breakfast! Get it together sir!

Great room offerings for the price. My room was clean, well stocked with amenities, and looked wonderful. Bed was quite comfortable. Wonderful place for a quick break after a long day traveling.

This review is coming from a Choice Diamond member who almost exclusively stays at Choice hotels throughout the United States. (I am also a Wyndham Diamond member as well). You can only earn this status if you're a frequent traveler. It is also EXTREMELY difficult getting a 5 star rating from me. But this location has earned it. This location doesn't look like much from the outside. It's a very unassuming and quiet location. But once you get in your room, it's a total different picture. The carpeting is seriously the nicest of any hotel I've stayed at in all my years of traveling. Most certainly the top 5%. The flooring in the bathroom is very nice and modern. The particular faucet in my room is very sleek and state of the art (I haven't seen that in most 4 star hotels!). And for whatever issue that did happen to arise, the very hospitable manager promptly took care of it. My room was very modern, quiet, comfortable and clean (comfortable pillows, bedspreads, comforters). I'll certainly remember this location the next time I pass through.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, hot shower, easy parking. It hit all the things I look for when crashing for the night. It is a couple of turns from the exit. .use your GPS. There is a Walmart across the street if you need anything. All In all this is a great value. I would stay here again!!

Every year we travel around Christmas, and we went out of our way to stay here twice. Last year the outside was undergoing renovations and we were worried it would be rough, but the room was lovely and upgraded and very comfortable. This year we stopped in on Christmas Day, and the man behind the counter was possibly the nicest person ever. He was extremely kind and had turned up the heat in our room after I called a few hours earlier to check on vacancies. Our only complaint is the breakfast selection isn't great, but the rooms are lovely, the water pressure fantastic, and employees kind and thoughtful. We'll be back!

This place does not look like much from the outside, but for a cheap hotel you get a lot for your money. The rooms are remodeled, clean and comfortable. There is a fridge, coffee maker and hair drier. Our room had great water pressure in the shower too. This place is also pet friendly, $15.00 each pet. There is free breakfast and parking for big trucks. Easy access off the freeway and a walmart right across the road. The staff was also very nice.

From the street you wouldn't notice this hotel as being too good. I asked to look at a room before I decided to stay. The owner was very accommodating and was happy to show me a room. His attitude went a long way from the start. When I walked in the room I was blown away. It's really nice!!! Super clean and very comfortable. Big flat screen and a microwave with a large mini fridge. I travel often and this is the best econo lodge I've stayed at by far. The truck parking is a big lot that can fit 5 or 6 tractor trailers easy.

Walking distance from Walmart. Stairway access to the second floor felt limited: one stairway at one end of one side of the building; the opposite side has to walk down the center near the elevator shaft. No breakfast. Quiet, comfortable, clean. RV parking and pets permitted.

This is an old road motel that the owner has put some time and money into updating.
The room was clean and had a pleasant smell upon entry. The next morning, odors had NOT crept out.
Modern carpet, TV, fridge, and microwave. Bed was comfy.
I was on the back side. If you are on the road side, there might be some noise from the highway. Don't know.
I would stay here again.

Very clean hotel, very organized. Would recomend to anyone.
