Waffle House

Malinda is the definition of a good server. This woman is 62 years old and probably the best server I've ever had! I worked in restaurants for years and to find this quality of server at a waffle house was kinda shocking. She waited on me, my wife, and our two adhd young boys and the amount of patience and kindness she showed us was out of this world. This woman should be training the next generation how its done and if someone from corporate is reading this GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE THERES NO WAY YOU'RE NOT PAYING HER ENOUGH!!! We will be regulars from here on out!

Always solid every time. I stopped in here on my national tour for my hiking YouTube channel "Beyond the Pavement" and had an awesome experience. Staff was friendly and food was delicious. Clean establishment. I let my plate do the talking I got the All-Star breakfast

Well, I was going to go 4 stars for food anyway. But 5 on the other two…

Our waitress greeted and attended to us immediately. She was prompt, served us hot fresh food with a smile. In and out in 30 minutes. Grain Valley Waffle House was a clean store too.

A day of chaos. Intense Truck driving.
A long, hard day, with no sleep, and with no food in my stomach.

Eating here at 2am was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had in my life.
The quiet.
The peace that I felt.

Imagine being in a storm at sea. Waves crashing, the roaring sound of water and rain overwhelming all of your senses.

Now imagine for a brief moment, time just stops.
Imagine for a brief moment, the water settles into silence, only a peaceful sound of flowing water comes through, as the sun starts shining, giving you a moment of quaint peace.

For the moment I was here, all was right in the world.

Thank you for the experience. It brought me immense happiness and a soulful silence in my world of chaos. I will never forget this.

Amazing staff! My son isn’t usually social, but they were so friendly to him that to my surprise he loved them! Very kind , super fast, great food. I don’t know how much they’re paid, but I’m positive it’s not enough! Above and beyond personalities!!

My husband and I just had the best experience at the Oak Grove, MO Waffle House! Alice was so nice/friendly and cheerful. Her service was excellent. She gave great hugs too. We ate traveling from NC. I would encourage folks to go by and see Alice. She'll take really good care of you and share so much kindness. She made my day!💜💜💜

I've worked for Waffle House before and this place really captured what I loved about working there. The food was spot on and exactly how it was orderedand the waffle was amazing. A nice big shout out to Mary for making it a great night, and for taking great care of us.

My family and friends come here often. The food is always good and made fresh right in front of you. The staff is friendly and helpful. A good amount of seating. Tons of parking. I always recommend stopping and having a bite.

Have you ever been here at midnight? It is a whole new experience. Overnight staff are great, it's quieter, if you don't find yourself in great conversation with the waiter/waitress, and the food is perfect and satisfying. The experience should definitely go on your bucket list. It's a great one.

Alice was amazing, best customer service I've had in a long time, which is saying something because I work in the food industry as well. It was just like that classic Diner experience you see in the movies. If I lived out here I'd make eating here a regular experience

Was told it was a step down from Denny"s... first time here and if you love bfast then its a step above IMHO. Affordable and tasty; At any rate it's a must try anytime you are near.

Love this waffle house, the manager who runs the whole restaurant is a close friend of mine. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Service is fast, food is great! Recommend this place 10/10!

I believe the waitress's name was Mary. She was such a nice lady. She was patient with us when we had a huge order. Right before shift change. The cook was very nice also and wasn't upset. Food was great. If we are back in the area we will stop by!

One of my favorite places for Breakfast Anytime

Miss Alice was incredible, she really made it an experience and not just a meal. She was super sweet and chatted with us while we ate. The food was fantastic and it's really the only place I've gotten full, enjoyed my meal and not blown a bunch of money to do it.

Cook didn't show up, 1 really nice waitress,who was a great cook as well. Had two different meals and tipped her like it was three. Really appreciate her for running the whole business by her self. Wish I would have given more. God bless her!
