My mother went in to this library today to return some movies and to see what they had on hold. She is 85 and has AMD which gives her very bad vision. When she asked one librarian if she would help her because she had trouble seeing,
she just asked for her Library card but she didn't have it with her. I would only expect this kind of rude treatment to an elderly person in a biker or country bar!
