We purchased a truck from Bob at Truck Valley and it was a very smooth transaction. The truck was exactly as described and we were able to take it for a lengthy test drive and inspection. The paperwork was easy to do and they sent us copies of everything we need to do our out of state inspection and get the truck tagged. Thanks, Bob!!!

As a first time buyer I was so nervous about checking everything out and making sure I had everything I needed in line. I dealt with Bob on everything with this transaction and he made this process so simple and smooth. He didn't tower over me and try to distract me from doing my thing while checking out the truck but was not far and was more than happy to answer all my questions. Just walking into the office was a great experience. All the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. The truck was immaculate and very clean. First let me say what a GREAT experience I’ve had with doing business here. Bob is sooo amazing! Started with one phone call and he followed through till the end. Whatever questions I had he answered, he was knowledgeable about the trucks, and was very professional. I got a good used 2015 Freightliner Cascadia and it runs like a champion! Bob took my truck and had it inspected before I flew into town in which saved me a lot of time. He had Jim who was very professional and friendly to pick my fiancée and I up as soon as we landed with no problems. Which saved me time and money. I went to the shop picked up my truck gave it a test drive back to the dealership and I loved it! We flew in from Georgia and I was taking care of like I was family and not just some customer buying a truck. The atmosphere in this place is good everything from small talk, from the airport, to getting my truck DOT Inspected at the mechanic shop, to the paperwork on closing out just flowed all the way through. This is my first truck and I’m happy I got to have Bob and his son, Jim, and Brad at the mechanic shop to be a part of my purchase journey. Great experience...
Showed up in a rental around 2. I was able to inspect the truck without interruption or pressure. Paperwork took 15 minutes. Bob then arranged a ride back to Truck Valley from Hertz at his expense. I was back on the road with a temp tag by 4... Paperwork was prepared perfectly and arrived the following week.

It's worth mentioning that I did not find any mechanical issues or leaks at time of inspection. I then drove the truck 250 miles home with no surprises. They also put new Bridgestone tires on the front and back...

Bob Kelly is awesome and went above and beyond. Was a 100% transparent!!! I believe he is a very honest and straightforward man. He sells a lot of trucks and obviously can not know the INS and outs of every one of them perfectly. Truthfully, I feel that he is giving you the honest answer that he has about the truck that you are looking at. I just purchased an 18 International from him, and the truck runs phenomenally. To prove my point, it even had a feature that I do not believe he was aware of that is called park smart, it is a system that runs the AC for the sleeper off of 4 batteries underneath the catwalk, meaning the truck does not have to idle saves a driver, a ton of money. A feature coming from the factory would be over $10000. And I still paid the same price as every other truck he had priced on that lot in this trucks category. Honestly you will not do better business.

Bob knew we were coming down from Wisconsin to look at four trucks and held them for us until we got there. He let us inspect and test drive them freely and without pressure. The two that we decided on were clean and made it home 600 miles in one shot. Thanks Bob.
