El Maguey

I’ve been eating at this staple restaurant in Oak Grove for many many years.. Many faces have come and went, and some familiar ones still frequent the ranks of the excellent staff.

It had been awhile since I had even had anything from El Maguey but decided to order something through Door Dash.. I had the Chile Relleno that came with refried beans and rice..

I thought my good was amazing! I strongly recommend… everything was perfect!

I've been living in Oak Grove, Missouri going on year 3 and El Maguey was the first restaurant I ate at and I'll continue to do so, there are 2 other Mexican restaurants in town...but El Maguey is always my go to Mexican restaurant to feed the beast in me. Staff, food and atmosphere is always top quality.

My wife and I love this place, good service great food, if you like to eat outside you can do that too, when the weather is nice. If you get the street tacos you won't be disappointed and don't forget a big bowl of queso, margarita or cold beer.

Ive eating here for years. Ive not had 1 bad experiance. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, helpfull and gratefull. I cant speak highly enough for these guys/girls.

From out of town and decided to give it a try. Great food and service. Only complaint was that the cheese dip and salsa was very thin. Prices are high. But still worth 5 stars due to food taste and service being quick and friendly.

I live in Alabama, but most of my family lives in Missouri. We were up for a visit and my Dad, brother, Grandma & stepmom took us (me, sister & niece) here for dinner. My family who live in Oak Grove love this restaurant 😍!! We had a fantastic time, the service was awesome and the food was TASTY 😋!! I'm sure we'll be back when we come up for another visit 💜

Food here is always good. One of our regular places to go to. Staff is cool and attentive.

I always get the same thing: pollo con queso. It's so yummy, and unlike other places, it comes with enough queso!

So delicious! The chips and salsa were so addictive and the Quesadilla Jalisco was absolutely perfect. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back for sure!

Their pineapple fajitas were absolutely delicious and I loved the staff there.

We love coming to this El Maguey!! We always have the best food and the best service!

We've been eating here for several years. The employees are kind and the food is wonderful. Javier is our favorite!

Went there with some friends of mine they ordered some half orders of nachos and I got the combination number 26 which is a enchilada and a burrito with Spanish rice and refried beans on the side. It was really good the refried beans were great and the service was really friendly. The chips and the salsa that they brought to the table and appetizer it was warm and crisp and the salsa had a nice little spice and heat to it. Great for the family and there's even outdoor seating when the weather is permitting that is. Also a nice beautiful set of bull horns hangs over the exit check those out they should be admired.

Great food, always served hot. Wonderful staff. Very little waiting. Definitely a favorite.
