Americas Best Value Inn Grain Valley at I-70

I stayed here for about a week on business with my girlfriend and our two dogs. The staff was friendly and helpful offered room service daily, only had one slight problem with the bathroom the manager Ken was fast to fix the issue overall was a very nice stay and the best with location and pricing super local close to anywhere in KC area highly recommend!

Zero stars...the worst room I've ever had. Sticky floor from the cleaning ladies cleaning chemicals the day before...sticky even when we left. A grocery bag tied over the smoke alarm. The bottom sheet had been changed but not the top one. And on and on.....

We stayed for about a week and they were really welcoming of both us and our dogs.. they made sure we had all that we needed and offered housekeeping everyday!

Room was ok a lot of noise no breakfast

I stayed here on 7/31/2014 for the second time, first time was on April 2014. On both times, I had a great experience. At the front desk, I met with Rosalie who was very friendly and ready to help on any way, the room was very clean, bed was comfortable, had a nice light breakfast on the morning and I enjoyed every aspect of my stay, I can't ask for anything more, I will stay here again on my future travel and I recommend it for any traveler on that route. Want to say Thank You Again Rosalie.

I'd recommend staying here to anyone traveling I-70. The place is clean, nice rooms, prices are reasonable, good breakfast, and the customer service is always spot on.

I can't say enough good things about the owner either. It's refreshing to see a businessman who isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves right alongside his subordinates when a job needs to get done.

Customer service was great. Room was clean and really nice. They didnt have breakfast while we stayed. But Dennys is really close by
