Eagle Convenient Storage

I have rented a unit here twice now and each time has been great. The units are very clean, spacious, and affordable. It is located in a very secure area and has a great security system on site. I highly recommend this place if you are needing storage whether it is short or long term. In fact, I have family that is still using this place for their storage needs.

I’ve had my storage unit for a few months and always found it clean and dry. I have plenty of room to get stuff in and out. I was impressed that Eagle offered a military discount and also has been super responsive when I called with questions.

I also like that it’s locally owned and operated so that they have incentive to stay on top of things.

We sold our house in BS, and are renting temporarily. This created a need to store a lot of furniture, etc. I was somewhat surprised at how difficult some companies were to work with, but once I found Eagle, it was no stress. They were really easy to work with and always helpful. The facility is really clean, well lit and has cameras near each unit. We are very happy.

I have had to rent storage units in the past, and always worried about theft, or being ruined by water etc. I found Eagle convenient storage by pure accident, and they are awesome. Units are clean and well maintained. The family that owns it is always very pleasant, and prices are very reasonable. They will always have my business.

What a great place to store your things! I have more than one unit rented and I like the access that I have to come and go as I please. It’s clean and well lit. The manager and the owner are on site. Friendly and well run. I highly recommend Eagle Storage.

I’ve used a lot of different storage units for my business and this is by far my favorite. Very clean, safe and friendly staff. They are very understanding if you miss a payment as well, unlike other storage units.

Clean environment and the staff polite and knowledgeable. I highly suggest renting a unit from them and would again if I needed storage again.

Eagle Storage is the absolute best, hands down!!! Super secure. The owner is very friendly, as is the office personnel. Very good rates! Conveniently located. I wouldn't choose any place else.

Recently we relocated from another state and we were suddenly in need of a reasonable rate storage unit due to miscomunication from the moving service we used. We had no idea of any storage facilities in the area, due to us being new to the area. A friend told us to give Chad at Eagle convenient storage a call and see if he would be able to accommodate us. Chad went above and beyond customer service to accommodate us. At the time, my wife and I were under alot of stress related to moving from another state and having miscommunication from the moving company, and other things going on, it was very comforting the customer service we received that it restored my faith in humanity

The owner was more than willing to help us with a great deal! We went in same day and spoke to the most amazing kind lady who set us up with a unit within minutes! Very clean place with very reliable service! Great addition to the Grain Valley community!

I really like this storage it is brand new and the owner is great. They have plenty security cameras and coded gate. If you have a problem just talk to them and they will take good care of you

After having the most difficult time with a different storage facility, I decided to transfer with Eagle Convenient Storage. Chad was very professional, units are clean and I couldn’t be happier!
