This place had multiple thefts of the units. People trusted this establishment to maintain some form of security as there is fencing, gates, and cameras on every row. Unfortunately, they shut the camera system off and didn't notice as multiple storage units were cleaned out. When the issue was found out, this company failed to notify any patrons that there was a security issue. The only thing police could do was tell people to make a list of valuables and IF THEY SURFACE at pawn shops they MIGHT be returned. You are better off to donate your things to charity and use thrift store pricing for a tax write off. As it turned out, over $2,000 in storage fees and I was left with nothing but empty trash boxes. I'm not cleaning! If you got the good items, have the rest.
Lesson learned!
