The technician provided a very good service in installing a replacement garage door for my home. All the praise to him in working efficiently. I asked for his card, planning to use him again for other service at my home, if necessary!

The technician arrived in a clean and organized van, understood my problem ( lost car key) and got me a new key in next to no time! The technician was more than competent and more than kind. Although the key costed a lot of money, it still was well within quotes I had received from other locksmiths. If you are looking for a locksmith to do a great job for great value in a timely manner you have found them.

I called The Locksmith about fixing a door that we were having problems with where people would get locked inside and a screwdriver had to be used to get them out. The technician put me right on his schedule and came out that morning and changed the door knobs out and provided us with new keys to the door. He also suggested a new way for us to make our facility safer for the people that we serve. He was friendly and I will definitely use them for any needs.

I tried getting my lock replaced on our motor home and for a locksmith. The company I called gave me the run around for 2 months. So I tried with them and they came out the next day, fixed it in an hour. Great job reasonable price and clean. Thank You

Had a door emergency and The technician was able to get to our property within an hour and a half and replace a door know and locks. He was so fast and efficient. We are so grateful for his service.

We ran into some issues with two locks being different but he called for backup and they saw it through, got the job done and made sure I had keys to both locks. Overall I'm pleased with their level of commitment and service.

If I could I would give zero.i called at 2:00pm I have lost my car key to my car told them it was a Chevy spark which the keys can be tricky to do. Asked them if they would be able to do it and they said yes. Then I waited over a hr for them to call me asking what the type of key was again. I told them and they reassured me again that they could do it. Then course later I get a call saying there on there way 6:10pm then at 7:30 at night I get a msg saying they can’t help me at all. I’m lived as I could have been looking else where.

Updated to add that this is 100% a legitimate review from someone who lives locally. The owner wouldn't have any record of doing business with me because I don't give business to people who hang up on me. An apology for the rude treatment would have gone a lot further than this ridiculous response! What else is ridiculous is not being able to provide a ballpark figure to somehow unless they pay a service fee for that person to drive to the vehicle. EVERY SINGLE OTHER "competitor" was able to give me a range so I was comfortable I wasn't going to be scammed. In fact, the person who helped me out quoted me the exact amount I would owe and provided same day service. While I would have loved to stay local in Grain Valley, competitors don't need to make bad Google reviews about a business when said business isn't providing competitive benefits and customer service.

If you need Locksmith services I would discourage you from going to Grain Valley Locksmith Services. While trying to obtain a quote for mobile locksmith services, the woman hung up on me midsentence. I was not being rude at all- I literally was explaining to her that I was inclined to go with someone else rather than pay a service fee to be quoted a steep price. Other companies were able to provide a range and they would not. While I was still talking, she replied "Have a nice day" and disconnected the call. I really wanted to support local business but this is not how you run a business.
