We bought our first RV on Saturday, a 2014 Keystone Cougar. It is beautiful! Richard and all others at KC RV's were amazing throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to help us understand a new language and feel comfortable with our purchase based on what our family needed in an RV. We've never spoken RV before so it's an entirely new language to us. I’ve never sold anything using a consignment agent, so I was very pleased with how thorough the professionals at KC RVS were. They answered all my questions, clearly spelled out how the process would work, and kept me informed of their progress. I would not hesitate to recommend KC RVS!

We had a 2017 winnebago fuse that we decided to sell. I had tried one of the online nationwide services, and found it to be a waste of money and time. I had been contacted early in the process by KCRV, (no pressure) that if the unit didn’t sell and I was interested in there service to give them a call and they would be more than happy to help us move our RV.
Needless to say the reason, I am leaving this review is that we got tired of the national service and signed with KCRV’s It was painless, quick and easy. We sit down with Richard and came up with a price which we felt the unit was worth and would sell at. They marketed it kept in touch and gave me a call that the unit was sold to come pick up my check. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who would like to either buy a RV or have them sell your RV.

After 10 days waiting on a quote or someone to call back, I called KCRV There Yet. Dwayne and Nancy did great. They ordered and changed out A/C and installed new slide canopy. Very polite and knowledgeable, Dwayne gave me many pointers on upcoming projects. Definitely returning.

I recently purchased an RV from KCRVS in Grain Valley, Missouri. Richard West, Sales Manager, was beyond amazing. He walked me through the process painlessly. There was no high pressure or push to close a deal. They welcomed an outside RV inspector and accommodated my needs along the way. You need some one that knows campers a little better cause when I was hooking it up to truck the guy who they called a tech didn't know how to put the sway bars on the equilizer hitch and I didn't need them any way it pulled just fine no big deal but if it was bigger we could of had a problem other than that I gave 5 stars cause she gave me a good deal thanks Connie I do recommend having some one that knows how they hook up safely it could wind up being a bad deal if you don't have experience in pulling RVs I'm happy any way I knew what to do it was small didn't need the bars any way for a small camper like this one I used a damper it pulled great thank you all your staff is good and just need a experienced person to hang round and hook them up correct)y seeing how I have experience was no big deal over all I think you done a good job at getting me see up. In a Camper I really like just what I was looking for thanks again

I recently sold my truck camper through consignment at KC RVS. They have an amazing staff and made the entire process incredibly simple. We were getting our travel trailer ready to go camping and when we turned on the air and fridge they didn’t work. My experience with service in Missouri has been terrible. It seems to be common that bids are way over priced bordering on ludicrous or representatives simply don’t show up. That was not the case with Dwayne. We were lucky to have found him. I called him, told him my problem, and he was there the next day. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had our unit repaired that week.

He was courteous, professional, and did a super job. All at the house, we didn’t have to take the unit to him. When I got the bill, I braced myself for the bad news. I was actually shocked at the price. It was much less than I had anticipated.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dwayne and the work he did for us. The unit works perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. I have recommended his service to my friends that have RVs and to other campers when we are “out there”. I don’t think anyone could do a better job so if you need someone to take care of an RV problem for you, Dwayne would be the guy to call.

I have a newer 4 seasons travel trailer and had an issue with a non-working furnace and a water leak somewhere in the back. I had been putting off getting these fixed because of the hassle of hooking up, pulling the camper to the repair shop, coming back, hooking it up and wondering if everything works. Plus, I was trepidatious as to the cost. Then, I found Dwayne and Nancy online! Dwayne came to my house. They called and came TWO DAYS before our scheduled appointment because they had a cancelation! Dwayne showed up right on time, diagnosed and repaired both my furnace and water leak in less than two hours. He showed me where the problem was and what he did to fix it. Honest. Professional. Quality service. I cannot recommend Dwayne and Nancy highly enough. If you need your RV repaired, they will treat you right! Thank you both for your customer service!

We consigned our rv with kcrv. We are very happy that we did. Connie and Richard were very Friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend!!

While I can't speak to the buying process here, I can certainly attest to the consignment. They sold our camper in a matter of days, in October! Having never consigned anything before we were a bit nervous at first. JE and staff were very nice and communicated the whole process thoroughly and eased our minds. Everything went smoothly and we had a check within 2 weeks of dropping off the camper. Highly recommend!

Mobile service dept was awesome. We had them come out a couple times due to separate issues with our travel trailer. They were always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and their rates were unbelievably reasonable. Great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone having issues with their RV.

KC RVS did a great job! They sold our camper for us in less than a month and sold it for exactly want we were asking. They paid us quickly and exactly as our contract stated. They were quite fair and we would use them again to buy or sell a camper! Connie and gang were great!

We had the BEST experience at KC RV, the whole process was amazing! From the time we got there, Richard took down exactly what we were looking for, and we found exactly what we wanted! Then JE got us financed, and Chris did an amazing walk through! We laughed, it was a fun environment, and we will go back when we upgrade!!!! We looked at so so many places, all over MO & even KS! Dwayne was awesome! He was on holdays and came back early to help us w our travel trailer. He got us back on the road the same day and his rates were very reasonable. We highly recommend using him!

We had a great experience purchasing our Motorhome and selling our travel trailer with KC RV's. We bought the motorhome for a fair price and they sold our camper in just a few days at a fair price. Overall, I'm very happy with our dealings with them.
