The absolute nicest people ever. We have been having our taxes prepared here for years. This year they went above and beyond to help us out. We moved from Missouri to California halfway through the year, sold our rental property, and had numerous other hoops to jump through to file our return. Thank you Valley Tax service.

Quick, helpful, and not expensive. I would recommend to anyone to give them a try! Plus I still like doing my taxes with a person and not by an app or some sort of computer program.

These people are an absolute JOKE! I have been going to them for six years now and all because they got confused on my information the gentleman that works here threw my paperwork in my face and told me to leave. Absolutely so unprofessional and I would never recommend any person to go here to do their taxes. Go, RUN somewhere else to have your taxes done please! If this is how they treat people who have been a returning customer for six years I want nothing to do with them anymore.

We have been going to Valley Taxes for six years. Last year they wouldn’t do our taxes in person they just told us drop them off. This year they told us again to drop them off and then four days before they had to be filed told us that they would not do our taxes this year. We asked why not and they said they don’t have to give us a reason. Then my husband asked him what is he supposed to do since they are due in four days and the man told my husband “well you better hurry up and come pick them up then”. It is unbelievable how unprofessional this was handled. If they didn’t have time to do our taxes I don’t know why he had us drop them off anyway. And giving us no reason of why he wouldn’t do our taxes is completely ridiculous. I don’t know why we stayed with them as long as we did but my husband is self-employed so we just felt like keeping the same person in the loop with our business was the right thing to do. I will never recommend this company and definitely will voice my opinion about the way this was handled. I know a lot of people that use this tax service and I have made sure to tell them about how they treated us.
