These guys are the bomb, specifically Troy! He is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! Our motorhome refrigerator died somewhere around Albuquerque NM. Called RVDoc for an appointment and was seen the same day (on a Friday, which is almost unheard of). He diagnosed and fixed the problem and we were out of there in a little less than an hour, which is also almost unheard of. And to put icing on the cake they are reasonably priced! Thank you and kudos to RVDoc! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had problems with our tow car battery going dead. Called rv doc and they said I would be put on a list when I got there and they would get to me as so as possible. We pulled up and I went in and in about 5 minutes they were at fixing the problem. It took all of about 2 hrs total and we were on our way. Very friendly staff. We were so happy to continue on our trip. Awesome guys can’t thanks you enough 👏👏👏

Very competent and knowledgeable. Need my steps f ixed on my Winnebago journey motorhome. They did a great job. Works perfectly. Now, onto my fresh water tank.

I had trouble with my pop-up well out of their service area. . They were very friendly and tried to talk me through various things I could try over the phone. This is the way businesses used to treat customers. I feel like he went the extra mile and at the same time knew that he was going to earn anything off me.
I will go out of my way to bring him any business I can.

Newbie RVers (22' bumper pull), we were 5 days into our first trip and unsure of our tow setup, furnace wouldn't start, had a leak etc. Passing through Emporia KS we called a local trailer shop for help and they immediately referred us over to RV Doc.

When we arrived the next day all three guys in the shop, including the owner, dropped what they were doing to come check out our rig.

Thirty minutes later we pulled out not only with confidence in our tow setup, a reset and working furnace, and door weather stripping but a whole education on towing in the mountains.

While traveling through Emporia, KS, we discovered our house batteries were almost dead (four large 6-volt), our furnace burner would not stay lit, and a pump switch needed help. After a delightful night at Camp Walmart, the friendly folks at RV Doc had our rig taken care of promptly and properly so we could get back on the road by mid-morning. Thanks for a great job at a fair price!

I have an older pop up camper that needed to have the roof lift system repaired because the main lift cable snappped. I live in the Kansas City area and I could not find a single local shop that would agree to help me with this repair. RV Doc got it repaired for me and my pop up camper has several years of life left in it! These guys are super great to work with and really treated me fair. I will make the drive to take my RV to then to service in the future.

Excellent customer service. Awesome people to work with. We have dealt with them for several years. We will make that extra drive from Meriden to Emporia just to deal with them.

At the lake in our new camper. Called RV Doc, they have my parts. Get this, they have to repair another camper in our same state park. They are bringing me the parts!!!! I'd give a 10 star rating if I could.

Troy did a great job at replacing a broken vent. Now no more worry about water damage while traveling.

If they had 10 Stars I would leave them! Unbelievably nice guys. Traveling through pulling a trailer, need some emergency help, pulled off and they're going to get me in right away Monday morning. Really nice guys - so Emporia Kansas, you're very lucky to have an RV place like this.

Carl was very Helpful and getting our refrigerator fixed. And knew what he was talking about. We have been helped by them on more than one occasion.

Two other repair places just changed the tires and sent me on. RV Doc took the time to diagnose the problem was my axle. Yeah!
