Food is 7/10 most likely inaccurate. Never fails. Check your bags before leaving the window, or the parking lot.
There are times employees informs its residents that the frappe/ice cream machine is down or not working. For many are unaware that the machines actually run off of the internet. So if that really be the case and true, how are your registers and debit card machines still working?! This is most likely due to the fact that whatever manager is on duty probably doesn’t want to deal with or have to clean the machine itself. Being lazy.

My order was delivered fast and was fresh, staff was courteous and made sure my order was correct

Great service Real nice employees 👏 👍 👌, BUT, I travel all over the United States and every time I use the app I have to delete it, reinstall it, then sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. EVERYTIME I USE IT. 😁❤🇺🇸

Cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Building and bathrooms were immaculate.

Used the kiosk to order and stood outside to wait - the manage on duty came outside to make sure he understood our complicated order correctly which was so sweet of him.

Most fast food places are disappointing but this one shocked me. The food was fresh, delicious. The staff were friendly. I will definitely go there again.

Slow at times…but sure they are doing their best…only human…sometimes get the wrong order…hard to hear the worker at the drive thru speak…overall great experience…thank you for the service to the community

Amazing service, since the lobby is being renovated, it's closed as well as the bathrooms. They did implement a way to get around ordering if you do not have a vehicle though, you can just walk through the drive-thru up to the second window and they will ring you up there.

Took breakfast to go from front counter and it was good!

It seems that they changed the owners/managers since the last set of reviews because we had absolutely no issues with this McDonald's. We used the drive-thru and our orders came quickly and were completely accurate. No complaints from us!

They are open for drive through and taking care of their customers. They were busy when I was there but they kept things moving and got my order correct. Using safe practices and keeping a smile on their faces. Thanks McDonald's.

Small place but good food

Great service... was running a couple mins behind for the full breakfast menu... they said that they would make me exactly what I wanted... so nice went above and beyond!!!!

I really love our McDonald's in Emporia! Service is great and food is always good. Delicious breakfast menu! Downtown McDonald's and the one close to I-35 are both great!

Mcdonald's has always been a favorite! Now that they are apart of the DoorDash family, I can get my meals delivered straight to my door! I'm Lovin' It!

I received excellent customer service from understanding employees. As I tried to juggle my family crisis, telephone customer service, and McDonald's app, the employees remained patient and helpful.

Nice clean and fast service, I went through the drivethru and wad out on less than 3min. Highly recommend.
