Starbucks

I actually forgot to bring my wallet this morning. I'm done with the fact that I can't pay for my drink. But the military receptionist was so kind to me this morning, I was touched by it. She offered to give me a glass of my water for free. But I refused and ran to get my money. She is really nice and responsible. I love this place. I will move to another state to live. I hope she stays always like that

Starbucks is a treat for me. It isn't something I get every day or even every month. I know *insert gasp here*. However, we stopped at one when we were shopping & got this special they were having recently. When I was in Emporia today, I thought my kid would enjoy it.

So, I took my kid and his girlfriend to get a specialty drink I had in Wichita. They did not have the same specialty, but the batista was willing to try & replicate it. While the drink was not the same one I had at home, it was sooooooo good I'd order it again. . I included the photo of the one I got in Wichita. The one from Emporia was all purple.

I thought that this was really sweet of them to do and will order from them again! Drinks were delicious as well as my food!

This place is always busy but they are very fast with your order. It looks like it'll take time out of your day when really only a couple of mins. The waitresses are friendly, polite, and pretty to look at. If you want to get something to wake you up then this is your place. I highly recommend it.

The young man that waited on me was very friendly and helpful. I had never been there before so he helped me choose a fantastic coffee and it was fun. 5 stars for this young man

That was one of the best cups of coffee I have had at a Starbucks. The guy that made it actually listened how I wanted it and it was perfect. He had a great personality as well. I finally got what I paid for.

The best Starbucks in the region. This is one spot I definitely stop by to get a hand crafted coffee on my route from Kansas city to Wichita or the other way. They are so consistent with how they make their coffee and never disappoints. Not sure who to thank but keep up the good work. Small Starbucks but 100% quality and service.

Honestly this place is heavan on earth. All the employees have bright smiles and are full of joy. The store is clean and smells wonderful. My favorite place to stop absolutely wonderful. They always make me feel welcomed and try their hardest to get me my drink in a timely fashion ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Kaycee on register and Cait on bar demonstrated phenomenal customer service. They were both friendly, helpful, empathetic, and energetic. The experience was so positive that I took note of their name tags for this review. :) I would absolutely return to this store because of their high quality work. Outstanding.

Got to say I enjoy Starbucks. It is expensive so I only do it as a treat once in a while. I absolutely love the ultimate caramel frappuccino. If you are a diabetic make sure you let them know and they will do their best to create coffee that you can drink. My mom did that and enjoyed it. It didn't give her a buzz(which is wonderful) like some coffees with loads of sugar would.

So I came to Starbucks tonight with my fiancé, and service was a little slow but no biggie. The baristas apologized and told us the drinks were in the house. We were prepared to pay because we understood things happen. Props to them for being so preemptive on taking care of the customer!

Always friendly staff. Though I am usually in only abut once a week, they try to remember my name, and some do. Wish they had double the parking area, but always grateful that Emporia has this one!

BEST customer service I have ever experienced! The manager on duty was very welcoming and observant, I had received an incorrect drink at drive thru & entered store to exchange. She noticed I had a drink in hand welcomed me and immediately came from behind the counter to see what the drink should have been, she got the correct drink and even though they were very busy with a line of cars at thr drive thru (Starbucks on a Saunday am), she took the time to again come out from behind the counter to give me my drink, she even noticed and apologized that I had to get out of my car in the rain to come in. As an unexpeted and added bonus she comped my next drink. I am from MN but will make a point to stop by that location on all future trips to the area. I have used this as an example of putting customers 1st within my own organization since my experience. I only wish I had asked for her name to thank her personally.

Went here today, and the barista was really nice. He was a tall guy with short hair. I wish I knew his name. I'm not sure whom was at fault, when I ordered, but he helped fix it up for me. I ordered a blended frappucino (so I thought, who knows) and got an expresso. He told me I could keep the hot one, and he'll get me a new iced one. I truly appreciated it! The two girls who where making the drinks where also very nice. I enjoyed my chai blended creme frappucino. I came there at about 7:30pm. Even though it was late in the day they where speedy to get my order.

Very surprising finding a Reserve Starbucks in a little town like Emporia. Always has friendly staff and they do their best to get drinks out asap even when they're busy. Comfortable place with a classy atmosphere.

Whoever says Starbucks doesn't love its military has never been to this Starbucks. I am a reservist who comes to Emporia monthly. I honestly never realized there was a Starbucks here until last month.
I'd like to preface this by saying that I never go anywhere in uniform and expect a discount, or someone to buy me my drink. That being said, both times I've gone in there to get an order while in uniform someone working has told me they've paid for it before I have an opportunity to get my wallet out.
If I wasn't so tired this morning I would have thought to pay it forward but next time I'll make sure I do.
They have always had a smile on and talk with you while they get your drinks made. Thanks for being so friendly and helping me take care of my caffeine addiction.
