I can’t exclaim how awesome these folks are. Not only do they sell the best products in the game. Melany and Scarlott are names I’ll never forget. I feel like I know them though we’ve never met. Things like just a sticker or them going out of they’re way to get you an autograph because you can’t afford to travel to their. lol. Even a call back to get specifics or stamp color and disc color for a colorblind friend. Thanks for everything to everyone at Dynamic Discs. I want to give a shout-out to Melany who answered many of my questions in the Dynamic Discs chat. We spoke about putters and a good disc to help improve my forehand throwing technique. I think it's great that I was able to get a recommendation via conversation instead of just "trying and buying" with no helpful guidance beforehand. This place is amazing. First off, they sell disc golf discs. Which if that doesn't deserve a 5 star review, then perhaps the fact that they have the most consistent discs in the game might earn it. If THAT doesn't earn it, then perhaps the fact they have the most reliable, honest, and straight forward customer service out there. Seriously, from the top down, this store is amazing. If you're even curious, it is well worth your time to stop in or email them any questions you might have, because they'll answer them better than just about anyone else out there. I'll continue to support this store with my money as long as they keep killing it with their customer service! 5/5 all day.
Also, I know Bobby doesn't technically work at the store, but Bobby seems like the kinda guy you want to have as your dad or brother. I can imagine he smells like that used book mixed with gun powder smell that like super dudes smell like. 😂 It just got weird. My bad.

This is the only place I get discs from! I ordered a basket and they sent me the wrong item. I called and sent them an email and they took action right away getting me my basket. Customer service is great! Would highly recommend spending your money here.

I have never had an issue with an online order in the 5 years I’ve been throwing DD. If they run out of an option, they call to confirm any changes to fill what you need. Top notch customer service, and could not not have been nicer when I was able to come in last year.

These people are outstanding! I placed two large orders from a big a promotion they were running in early December for Christmas presents. Of course, one order went through with no issues, but the second order had a problem with the delivery. I received notification that my order was delivered but it was the wrong one. My tracking sticker was placed on someone else's order by mistake. Now, understanding that Christmas is less than a week away, I sent an email with pictures to customer service detailing what had happened. Melany, from customer service, responded quickly with detail on how she had already addressed the problem. They reshipped a second order on priority to assure that I receive it time for Christmas and actually gifted the order I received in error for the inconvenience. Outstanding! This is a busy time of year (especially with that amazing promotion they were running) and any company that can stand behind their customer service representatives and empower them to resolve issues like this will retain my business for years to come! I've only dealt with the online part of this store but my experience has been extraordinary. I order lots of discs from lots of stores and the DD store consistently has the best customer service and the quickest response time. Almost always the items I order are shipped same-day and always get here faster than any other disc golf store I do business with. The products are also excellent and I've had zero complaints with the discs I get from them.

DD is the best company in disc golf in terms of plastic quality, plastic consistency, and hands down customer service. Their dyemax department for customizing images on discs is next level!

Called DD hoping to replace a knob on my old Zuca cart and reached Katie. Site showed they were sold out, but Katie put me on hold and found a set of knobs. She explained she would ship them to me at no cost. I was so thrown off from that type of service experience that I called my local shop Ideal Disc here in N Texas and placed an order for a new DD Transit cart. Feeling the love DD. Hope y’all feel it from me too.

We recently placed an order for a custom printed disc we designed for our group that plays three times a week. We ordered 16 putters. Not only were we delighted with the discs when they arrived, the members of the group have been incredibly impressed with both the design and the functionality of the discs. The procedure to create custom discs was extremely easy and the turnaround was exceptionally fast. We would happily recommend Dynamic Discs for the great results they produce.

These guys are the best at what they do I'll say that. Great customer service! They called me literally the next day and made sure that the custom disc they were making for me was just how I wanted it. And I can't begin to tell you how happy I was with the end result. The two custom discs that I ordered came out better than I could have imagined and will be the centerpieces of my collection for years to come. Iv only been playing for around 3 months so my bag is a little mixed still but after dealing with these guys and gal's I'm becoming I Dynamic Disc throwing main. Keep up the good work and great service guys.

This company is top notch. I have only used their online store, but I am a frequent shopper. Their products are great and reasonably priced. I especially enjoy the various misprint discs that change daily. Could not be happier with their service. Free shipping is awesome!
