Went to their food bank very very very helpful employees and staff. At first I thought the lady who went to help us was going to be a snobby or rude and I'm so glad I didn't say anything dumb because that woman was one of the nicest people you could ever meet. I would like to thank them for what the hell they help me what they treated me like and for the atmosphere that they protrude when you walk in the door

I want to tell you about the Bell ringer in front of Walmart, usually on the north end of the Walmart. With gray hair and a gray beard. And not to big. He is really a nice guy, and really rings the Bell and smiles all the time.

I was feeling embarrassed that I needed to get food assistance but everyone is so nice and generous I always leave feeling grateful and positive. Over the years the salvation army has done so much good for the emporia community and my family. The staff and volunteers make emporia a brighter community. 💗💛💙💜💚💖😇😊you know you are in the right place when all the good things outweigh any negatives. Thank you for everything you do!!

Fantastic people that joyfully help people in their time of need.
Luck blessed me with the capacity to be a donor, but just as easily, my family could be needing their help.
